I’ve always had an easy and positive experience. I personally can’t relate to most of these negative reviews. I’ve always found the staff to be precessional and attentive in a timely manner.

Donna Vorias used to be a great doctor. She used to see you and treat you and if her treatment didn’t work then maybe another method and then a referral to another doctor. Not anymore. She is a referral dealer. All she does is refer you to a specialist. As if everyone has money to pay her to be seen then pay a specialist to be seen then come back to her for a check up. It is disgusting that she doesn’t care about the patients anymore. Today was the last straw. She refused to see my daughter who called and said she was running late. Let’s her get all the way there (and is there within the 15 minute window) but she refused to see her. After waiting over a month for the appointment. 25 years ago it was no problem to be seen. She would remember you and chat with you. At my daughters previous appointment she had the nerve to say how’s your grandma (my mother was also her patient because I loved her so I brought my whole family to her) but my mom had died months prior and she KNEW that because I saw her after my moms death. My mom had a horrible death and so asking her granddaughter how she is was a smack to her face and she left there in tears. She’s more interested in referrals and pushing people through her facility to keep the money coming in. It’s ridiculous. My health concerns are never met there anymore. Go see a specialist. After waiting weeks to get in then wait weeks to go to a specialist to then still have no resolve. How are medical people getting away with this? Never again will we go back here. The referral chop shop. If you want help with medical issues go somewhere else that actually cares about the patient not the amount of patients they can get seen in a day. IHA is not in it to help they’re in it for the money.

I was directed to this Urgent Care by one closer in Brighton b/c they were closing. Had an ear infected from a piercing. Dr. Perry was my first encounter. She was professional and prescribed antibiotics.
I had to return when the infection hadn't subsided and met with S Semma, PA who was less than professional, behaved as though she was interrupted & prescribed the same antibiotics. When I told her I already tried that route, she said I may have to go to the ER at some point, or if I had an ENT doctor call and make an appointment. She told me I had cellulitis and an abscess...after pulling on my infected ear lobe, that was both warm and swollen.

First time patient as I’ve just moved to Brighton, MI in search of a new primary care doctor.

First appointment went okay, got in pretty quickly which I was satisfied about but not happy to fill out patient paperwork online then to come into the office to continue to do more paperwork.

Was called back and was greeted by a younger MA with colored hair. She didn’t seem talkative and took some time to get information into the system.

I was seen by Doctor Edmunds she finally came in and felt as if she wasn’t concerned about how sick I was but to worried about asking about myself and family. I felt as
if she wasn’t listening even when I did talk. I had an upper respiratory infection, double ear infection, sinusitis and pneumonia. I had already seen the urgent care twice and was seen at the emergency department was sent by the urgent care.

I was then recommend to this doctor from urgent care as she had availability. 3 different antibiotics later and two different prescriptions of steroids!

I was still having a very hard time breathing and needed an inhaler she proscribed me (it needed pre authorization from my insurance) I reached back out via portal and didn’t get a replay until 6 days later. I find it very unacceptable and unprofessional to have to wait so long for a reply. I am thankful for my prior doctor and will now continue to see her as I am very unsatisfied with the lack of care and trying from this office.

My prior doctor replied the same day visa portal and sent me another inhaler, the inhaler she sent was not in stock and she went out of her way to find one that was in stock she did what was needed so I did not suffer.

It saddens me to know that if I didn’t contact her, I would still be waiting on your office/ doctors to give me the care needed for this situation. Troubled breathing is very scary!

I’ll no longer continue at this office, I rather make the 40 minute drive to get the best care/ speedy response I’m needed.

The lack of care from this office shows me they’re booked and not fast and caring toward their patients.

Took my wife in because she was really sick. She couldn’t do anything. We walked in and she laid on the bench because she felt so terrible. Waited 45-1hr. We get taken back to a room and it takes 20mins for a nurse to come and do the regular tests. She takes her temp and its 104.9. Also test for covid/flu. Says she will get some meds for the fever. Doesn’t come back for another 20mins and say pos for flu and gives motrin. Another 20 mins go by doc comes in and says it’s just the flu, you’re all set go home and rest.
I ask them to check for secondary ammonia after he left. Doc comes back and is questioning me questioning him. Ends up doing a chest cray to check and he says the results look good and he sees no issues. 2 hours later after we are home he calls to say that the radiologist says she does have ammonia but he doesn’t think she does (still denying he was wrong) and prescribes antibiotics. After the full course of meds she got better. If I could give a zero or a negative score I would. Please do not go here they have absolutely no idea what they are doing but pretend to know everything.

I scheduled an office exam and Covid test. I waited in the parking lot for over an hour past my appointment time only to be seen by a doctor through my car window who asked me one question, said I should take Tylenol and drink fluids. Never conducted any sort of “exam” but when I asked, told me I would be charged for an exam. She was rude and condescending. I get that being in healthcare right now is super stressful but no need to take it out on fully vaccinated people who are doing their best to stay healthy for themselves and loved ones who depend on them.

Every single appointment I had I ended up being seen 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time. On top of that, they do whatever they can to make a buck and charge your insurance. My insurance was charged $500 for a drug test the doctor made me take in order to get a prescription filled. Yes, $500. They offered no help to reduce the costs and have no warning of the cost.
