Great, welcoming shopping experience thanks to Mia at the jewelry area. Great selection. She really had a lot of nice recommendations and knew alot of the trendy designs. Fair prices. Nice shoe selection, as well. I found the managers here to be friendly and helpful.

Please give special recognition and applause to an amazing young man named STEPHON in the Dedham location, who I had the pleasure of chatting with at the register. He had worked a nearly 12-hour shift and was still all smiles and was extremely pleasant, helpful, professional, and personable. Stephon exemplifies stellar customer service and I hope the company awards his excellent work ethic and people skills.

On the other hand... I had a previous unpleasant experience at the Newton location with Neriman and Andrew. Please see my Google and Yelp reviews about them. They are a poor representation of the company and should be held accountable for their blatant unprofessionalism. Please take action. If you'd like more info, I'm happy to elaborate.

Dedham is the best Tj max, the employees are the best and always so friendly

Nice selection of clothes, accessories and various household items. Staff was helpful and polite. Prices and quality of the merchandise are very good. Great location for shopping. Extensive parking. This store is also close to a grocery store, coffee shop, as well as other shopping experiences.

Olia was very helpful to me, I was shopping for furniture and had my 2 small children with me, she went to the front of the store and got a cat for me and the new manager was very helpful she loaded my items with my in my car
