Just visiting from ireland. Loved the store, will definitely come again over the next 2 weeks. Brilliant staff very knowledgeable about thier wine(s) & whiskey(s)

I had an exceptional experience at Total Wine & More in Dedham, MA, largely thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Brian. His knowledge and dedication stood out as he took the time to guide me through trying five different high-quality Napa reds using a Coravin, ensuring the wine stayed fresh with Argon gas. Brian’s genuine interest in my opinions on each wine made the experience memorable. As a grand reserve member, I highly recommend this store for its top-notch customer service and impressive wine selection. Solid 5 stars!

Brian is an EXPERT. The guy just knows what he is talking about. Super cool. The lady, at the register in the front was very insightful as well. I had a good time sampling champagne and having conversations with the employees. I'd advice anyone to visit.

Thia store has great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with competitive prices. The store is clean, looks high end, and the staff welcoming. They will make you feel special regardless what's your appearance. Professionalism in evey every aspect, especially from the managers. They look you in the eyes, offer help in respectful maner.
It would be great though, to offer the employees chairs to sit, especially the cashiers. Just like in Swiss, France, Germany.

They have a very good wine selection excellent exotic beers even hard to find beer and the prices are Fair too I highly recommended

Largest selection of wine and liquor I've ever seen. I price checked 6 different items, all were a several dollars less than my regular store which I considered good pricing.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Bri! I had to rush to shop for a massive order and she helped me get everything! I wouldn't have been able to be on time to drop it off and pick up a very important client if not for her! Thanks Bri ! ♥

I do feel bad for Town line down the road, as this is basically walmart coming to town and the mom/pop stores don't stand a chance. Hope there is room for everyone
