All the employees in this store are very friendly, surprised by the negative reviews. The cashier and the manager Jose were very helpful with a return. I was really unhappy with the gloves I bought as they were not warm at all and was able to purchase a pair that I hope will be much better for the winter. Thanks!

Friendly staff, I believe all the stores are set up the same. The shoe section is all displays and then you let them know what you want and they get it from the back or order it.

The golf department offers one of the best retail experiences I have had in years, period. All of the staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, especially Joe who helped me with a custom putter that has improved my game. The entire golf department is great and I will be exclusively buying all of my future clubs from these folks. 10/10. Forget paying big $$$ for club fitting at a golf shop, just go talk to these guys. Seriously, take my word for it.

Had my rifle bore sighted, employee went above and beyond to get it right. (Update) unfortunately due to the corporate stance on 2nd Amendment rights of 18-20 year olds and their ban on semi-automatic sporting rifles I will never enter another Dick's.

They are great with kids and with problem solving went for bike tubes and they help me put the bike on shape so my son would be safe.
