Lisa was very attentive, did what i asked, reasonably priced, and works either as a walk in or by appointment. 2nd generation in the same family business. Cant ask for more.

💈 Nestled near the heart of Waltham, "Alfredo One" has become my budget-friendly barbershop for managing my unruly mane. Whenever I start looking like a well-watered Chia Pet and need to make my monthly pilgrimage to Costco, they have consistently provided me with an opera-caliber cut at a shower-karaoke price. I wholeheartedly recommend scheduling an appointment, especially if you're a local, or a Bentley or Brandeis student seeking an affordable barber or stylist nearby.

Amazing place to get a haircut. Great service and great haircut. I’d be sent a reminder text before every haircut and be allowed to schedule out sometimes months in advance since he knew I had a crazy schedule. I’d get my haircuts here forever if I didn’t have to move out of the area for work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a haircut.

Four score and seven years ago (ok really for over three years), I've been getting my haircut from Steven. When I lived in Waltham, I used to go to another place, but they were inconsistent with their haircuts, and it got to a point where I just needed a place where my hair didn't look strange to prepare for business events or look like I was balding.

I explained how I wanted to style my hair different from my old state which the other haircut place couldn't figure out how to do a fade or not leave the front of my hair too long or uneven. Steven took care of not cutting my hair too short and made it even. I even got to a point where I started getting my haircut shorter from what I was used to. I'm glad I was able to find this place for consistent haircuts for multiple years even for when I moved away from Waltham to Somerville.

Steve is the best barber I’ve ever had and only charges 25$ a a cut. He communicates clearly about what is he going to do with your hair and gives his advice when necessary. He is a trustworthy and reliable barber so you will never leave his shop disappointed.

Steve is the best barber I've ever had! He's relaxed, considerate, thoughtful, very good at his craft, and almost effortlessly cuts your hair the way you want, making you look good in the process, and you'll never feel rushed or pressured.

He not only remembers what you like, he fine-tunes it over time! He does his best to handle walk-ins, but I love that he takes appointments, which minimizes the waiting time.

All this for a fair price, reasonable hours, and great conversation! His shop is conveniently located on Main Street, is very clean, and has reasonable on-street parking.

He's been my barber for many years now, and I recommend him every chance I get. Try him, you won't be disappointed!

Ive been coming to Alfredo One for a while now and love it. Steve cuts my hair and is always professional. Steve interacts with his clients and makes them very comfortable and feel welcome! Great local barbershop. They've been around for generations. I moved to Waltham in February 2022 and thank god I found this place! Driving back to Boston every 2 weeks for a cut was awful. All the barbers here are great, but Steve is my guy. Check them out!

Ive been going to my guy Steve since the beginning of Covid restrictions initially getting my lax (June 2020) and have gotten consistently amazing cuts! I've had him do it all, shearing off a 10-inch fro, touch ups for long and short cuts, beard, eyebrows, everything.

Extremely professional and he starts to remember what you like. He'll also give his input on what looks good and if it doesn't/hes unsure, he confirms with you before he does it.

You get what you want and more. Steve will always work to get you the best haircut and the one you ask for. You can tell they really care about what they do. Me and my family all go here for our haircuts not only for the great price but for the great haircut we end up with. Has a great atmosphere of a classic barbershop, definitely recommend for anyone who wants a great cut.

I got lucky on a Saturday morning and they were able to take me right away. Lisa was FABULOUS. Made a very educated and helpful suggestion when I told her what I wanted and she let her expertise and experience take over. It came out wonderfully (after struggling to find a proper barber) and she was totally receptive to my wishes. Super friendly and quick and efficient. I left the shop feeling amazing and looking forward to my next visit!
