Walgreens

I've been going here for 20 years. The current employees are great. I love that I can order pickup. They are great at taking returns. The pharmacy is a wreck sometimes but that's because they're understaffed.

I'm writing specifically about the pharmacy at this Walgreens. Last week I filled a prescription for an antibiotic there. When I took the first one, it was so unbearably bitter that I called my doctor to see if it came in a capsule instead of a pill. They didn't know and told me to call the pharmacy, so I did. The pharmacist answered the phone after a very short hold, looked up the medication, and told me that it came in capsules in a different dosage that I could still take so that the daily mg intake would be the same. My doctor prescribed it for me there, and when the pharmacist told me they didn't have it in stock but another nearby Walgreens did, the Weston St. store arranged for me to get it at the other store AND to apply coupons to the new prescription that I qualified for, which made it much more affordable.
I'm so grateful. I don't remember the name of the pharmacist, but I think her name began with a C. She was great.

Pharmacy staff is awesome to help you, including the front part of the store employees.

i've had great experience here several times with photo prints (order online, pick up in-store, very quick and smooth). The pharmacy here is nice too.

I have had some very bad experiences with Walgreens pharmacy and the pharmacists and their "helpers". I ended up having to call corporate because I was treated so rudely and had confidential info yelled loud enough for the whole store to hear. Not this Walgreens though!

This one is amazing. The pharmacists are fast, friendly and discreet. This walgreens is the best I have ever been to from the huge selection of products to the great pharmacy team!

This place is great! I was charged 5 dollars on something was suppose to cost 10 and 4.24 on something was suppose to cost 17! Keep hiring these level of people for your checkout! They do an amazing job!

The manager Krahad, I believe his name was. He was so very nice and respectful. He took the time to help us. We are very appreciative of him very much. Thank you sir for all you do!

The pharmacy staff are second to none. They will go beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Very happy with them and the Managment is great in this store as well.

Friendly staff both at the front counter and at the prescription counter. Drive-thru was quick and efficient. Prices are what they are at this type of store, though.
