I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Victoria, the pharmacist at CVS Harvard St, Waltham. I recently had a situation where I urgently needed to pick up my medication, and Victoria went above and beyond to assist me, even though the pharmacy was about to close.

Thank you once again, Victoria, for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond to help me. Your commitment to your profession and your customers is truly commendable, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had under your care.

Got a COVID-19 booster shot this morning. The process was very quick. Katy (not sure if I got her name right) was so professional, friendly, and quick! After she called my name, it was less than a few minutes (2 mins answering my questions 😅). I don't feel any pain at all (I'm nervous about needles. By the time I started to think about it, it's done!). Thank you!

P.S. If I may add. Perhaps it would be great to have more people working there - not just two?

Amazing customer service, I went there to get the vaccine and the pharmacist Katie was very nice and helpful, explained all details well and ensured I was well aware of everything. She provided me with the vaccines I requested and within minutes I was out.

My experience at this location has been way better than a majority of these reviews. The drive thru is open during pharmacy business hours. I’ve had no issues picking up my prescriptions. My doctor called in my prescription and it was ready for pickup within 45mins. The staff is quick and efficient. I love the convenience of using this CVS drive thru!

CVS 12 Harvard Street is my go to Pharmacy and I've never experienced any bad customer service. As a matter of fact, I visited the pharmacy yesterday to fill a prescription. For some reason, the person who waited on me, Elaine N. received an error message that my prescription couldn't be filled. Elaine called my insurance company and stayed on the phone for a very long period of time going to bat for me to get my refill. Elaine went above an beyond yesterday, just as she always do. It's always a pleasure seeing her smiling while working in such a busy atmosphere. She knows her job well and has a caring heart. Great job Elaine and keep doing what you do!

Excellent pharmacist customer service! I asked the pharmacist about a medicine for my ears. She was very helpful, attentive, informative and professional. The medicine worked perfectly! Thank you so much!

Been my pharmacy for years. Sometimes it does get busy but if your every really sick having a 24 hour pharmacy is ideal.

Came in after work around midnight. The women there working the night shift were very pleasant and helpful! New favorite CVS.

Always great selection but Not always open until 11 o'clock sometimes they close early for an undetermined reason that I'm not sure of but don't depend that they're open until 11 PM the one on Harvard street is open 24 hours A-day though

Am really thankful to “Kelly” in the pharmacy department with the prescriptions I’ve had to fill ever since I started using cvs pharmacy I really do appreciate her help. Am giving 5 stars because of her😌
