La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Ballpark/Galleria

We frequent Laquinta the most when we have our furbabies with us. I really like the look and feel of this LaQuinta. It was very nice and the staff was pretty friendly. The rooms were really cute and very large for the value. The bathrooms were cute and the it seemed to be really clean! There was a huge desk that you could have 15 of your closest work besties to use and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was sausage and eggs, I am not a big sausage fan so I got some wheat bread and toast. While I didn’t see anyone smoking in the hotel the smell of weed was thick in the air.

Tony at the front desk provided excellent customer service skills. He was very friendly and professional. He made the whole process run smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you book here ask for Tony.

I did not book this stay and based on the past reviews I was not expecting to be pleased. However it was a great stay. Front staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Housekeeping was kind and came to check in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

We would like to give a positive shout out to Tony. He was very welcoming when we arrived. He was helpful at recommending local restaurants. Having freshly made coffee after a long day really hit the spot.
Location is excellent for catching a Braves game. We even walked it (only 40 minute walk and no need to fight traffic).
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable,.

On the road, we made a reservation 2 hours before we arrived at midnite. We were greeted as though we'd had a reservation for 3 weeks.
Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast. We were back on the road grateful we had found this property.
As always they take pets.

Take into consideration the kind of people who might leave low reviews. We have traveled this country and others; stayed in some of the best a probably some of the worst and I won't give a good review unless it deserves it.
Our stay at La Quinta Ballpark was great; the rooms and beds comfortable and the staff were exemplary. Frea was the lady we had the most interaction with but entire staff was great.
It was quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was good - the coffee even better.
We'll be staying there again for our next VA hospital visit.

The place was clear. The staff were friendly. We stayed there for two nights. Also it is only half an hour drive from the stone mountain and Atlanta aquarium.

Spectacular place. Nice make your own waffle station, great rooms, but the pools cold, and the hot tub is closed for whatever reason. 🫤

All in all, you guys still get a 5 star rating. 👍

Very pleasant experience here. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, room was clean, AC was cold, & shower was hot. Everyone that worked here was super friendly and Tony at the front desk helped me with any question I had. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

I had a very nice experience here. The room was wonderful. It was immaculate, comfortable, and big. Doris was exceptional! Very friendly, very helpful, and very accommodating! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent dog friendly hotel, super clean, friendly staff, quiet and safe location. I was blown away by the level of cleanliness at this hotel and will definitely book here again if I'm staying in the area.

I was immediately made to feel at home because of the special treatment from Mr. Tony at the front desk. He is phenomenal at this job! When I entered the hotel, Mr. Tony was talking with some of the other guests in recommending some of the area restaurants. You could tell that he was very knowledgeable about the area. It was also evident that he enjoys making the guests comfortable and doesn't mind going the "extra mile" for the guests.

Once they left, he spent a great deal of time telling me the important facts about the hotel and even the surrounding areas. He also mentioned that he had just made fresh complementary coffee. Mr. Tony definitely set the tone for this hotel stay. I wish each hotel I visit had their very own version of Mr. Tony!

When I got to my room, I found it very clean. It is tastefully decorated and my room includes a desk that spans the entire room. This feature is nice because I can eat at one end and do my paperwork on the other end. The room also includes the basics like a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The microwave is old-fashioned, but its not like I am doing some gourmet cooking in the room!

My only complaint is that you can hear the guest in the next room talking on his phone. Otherwise, I am enjoying my stay and will be sure to tell the company that I work for to book this hotel for future visits.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could!
When we arrived we were early. We had just left a hotel that was HORRIBLE. This hotel just from the outside looked 100% better. I went to the desk and the lady there was so nice. She made conversation while checking us in and was just great. We took the elevator up to the 6th floor.
The room looked and smelled clean and OMGOSH so roomy! It was just a basic 2 doubles room. We are staying here 3 days so it was comforting to know that the room had...room. lol
I cannot say enough good things about the room. I found no negatives.
I had to go to the front desk frequently to get towels and trash bags. Everyone one I encountered went above and beyond. The housekeeper I spoke with was so nice and accommodating. I felt 100% safe in this hotel and I feel my car is safe in the lot.
Breakfast. Yay!! The had waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and a variety of cereals and danishes. So good. Large eating area. I haven't checked out yet but I am confident that will be good too. I will stay here again if I come to Atlanta.

The Staff(front desk were 100% on point)

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping personnel is absolutely awesome. We were there for 4 weeks and enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Keisha and the very nice lady at the front desk during the day. Thank you so much!

If I could give this Hotel more than 5 stars I most certainly would!!!! We always Love LaQuinta Hotels, but this one is now the Best in my opinion!!
Not only is it super Clean & Comfortable… but Ms. Keyana at the front desk is the most caring person!! I’ll never forget her kindness to us!!
Plus it’s really a very short drive to Truist Park for a Braves game!! ♥⚾♥

The customer service was ok but I have to say prior to coming I had called the hotel because I knew I would be traveling and needed to ask what time breakfast was being served , to my surprise the hotel called me back and was happy to answer that odd question. Brownie points*

The room was not only huge but this place is also pet friendly, the breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, coffee, waffles and grits! I would definitely recommend this hotel and its location.

Someone gave them a bad review in regards to breakfast but I think whomever it was stayed during Covid. I was surprised they even considered serving breakfast.

Awesome hotel very clean, staff very helpful and professional, room exactly as pictured. Ground's are very well kept. If I return to ATL would DEFINITELY book this HOTEL again.

This is our favorite hotel! Took photos to share this time. The staff was so curteous and helpful. I love the black or curtains!!!

Very nice motel! Clean room, good light out curtains, bright and clean. Proficient and courteous staff. Will stay here again.
