My husband and I frequent this amazing store. I’ve never had any issues with any of the staff they’re always welcoming when we come in and Karen & Sue always helps with any questions we have. After reading other reviews I suggest that others start doing their own research before depending on another person when it comes to your lifestyle of health.

Su and her husband are such a blessing for this area. Su has helped my family more than any doctor. She is so knowledgeable and has a heart of gold. From eczema, celiac, flu, Covid, infant illnesses— you name it- she has the solution. Today I went in for help- she knew what I needed before I even opened my mouth. She was able to read my face/ eyes. I’m still shocked.

Give the ion foot baths a try to speed up a liver detox- they will really jump start healing when you are sick. During the foot bath today she knew I was very stressed out and I confided in her that my two year old nephew was currently in brain surgery out of town and I was a wreck. She stopped everything and said a long prayer. You don’t see this hardly ever! It was an incredible moment for me that she would do that.

They run this business because they care about people more than they care about profit. However, They’ve successfully been in Smyrna for over 15 years. I hope they are always here.

Small, quaint, locally-owned. Awesome, thorough salad bar. Boring and repetitive hot bar that's good in a pinch for vegans. I've never ordered from their restaurant. But the staff here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, organized, and clean.

The restaurant section of this store is my favorite! Their bison burgers are very simple but super delicious!

Goodness Grocery is a must for your wellness needs. I don’t know where to start. They have everything healthy!! I purchase all our supplements here, along with weekly trips to to fill my Alkaline-Kangen water containers. This is a family owned and operated business. Stop in and say to Ms. Sue and her staff are all in the know when it comes to your health 🙏Make sure you ask about ordering an organic turkey burger or a salmon BLT and never leave without having a super shot 🌾

Nice neighborhood spot to get good and healthy options. Soup and salad bar is delicious, simple and fresh.

They should call this place "Groovy Goodness" because of how cool this natural grocery is. I enjoyed some amazing soups and a custom made cacao smoothie that rocked... I'll be coming back.

My first time at this hidden hideaway. The service was stellar and the food was amazing!!! I will definitely be back EVERY TIME I come to Atlanta.

Definitely one of the best locally owned vitamin/ health food groceries around. This isn't close to where I live, but due to the quality and friendly staff it's worth the drive. Do try the hot bar while you're there. Excellent all around.

Me and my husband have been coming here for years we love supporting small businesses. We started mainly coming for the alkaline water but quickly got addicted to their hot lunch options. We absolutely love the Korean BBQ chicken and the tempeh. But my favorite is the wild salmon sandwich it's so delicious! We have also had their wheat grass shots which are also great. Sue and the staff are really nice and they make it a point to remember everyone and say hi to their returning customers. I have also started buying some household ,beauty, and health products from them as well as we have compared prices online and they really are reasonable so we love to support and give them our business.

**side note, I read the review below and I normally wouldn't comment on it but it annoyed me a little. I have carried my 5 gallon water jug by myself without expecting them to carry it out to my car for years now. This is not their responsibility. I'm 5"3 and able to manage!

I loved both the food and atmosphere. The salad bar and vegetables were super fresh and tasty. The fish is wild caught, beef is grass fed and antibiotic and hormone free and the chicken free range (I asked).

The store is nice but the restaurant is simply superb. There is food for vegans or meat eaters galore and all of it is very healthy and tasty. Price is mid-range but the value is excellent. I will return quite often.

I really enjoyed my visit to Goodness today! Yummy sweet potato fries they taste very natural! Karen’s super friendly and sweet! Thank you I’ll be back for the foot soak😉

Love, love this place! Karen and Sue are always friendly, knowledgeable and caring to all of their patrons. Really & truly ALL of the staff are an example of what good customer service is. My family and I have been coming here for years and have grown to love them and their presence in the neighborhood. They are a rare gem! ❤

Been shopping and enjoying this place for years! Great for lunch. Salad and soup bar is extra delicious! I buy alkaline water here too. Very knowledgeable staff when it comes to products. Their Wheatgrass shots are tasty too!

Locally owned grocery and restaurant. The grill menu is really good, advertised as organic products. I enjoy the all you can eat soup and salad bar. The vegetables are fresh and the soups are delicious. The service is spectacular, and the dining area is very clean.

We love Goodness Grocery! Patricia in the kitchen makes delicious food. Karen is so sweet and helpful. And Sue is a fount of knowledge.

Friendly and helpful staff. Healthy, yummy food for a fresh lunch (or pick up on the way home from work for dinner). Outstanding variety of supplements, pantry items, limited fridge/freezer items etc. Power shot with double wheatgrass hits the spot every time I visit. ❤ Love this place, the employees, the products.... And love being able to support such a great local business

Their food is amazing. The Salmon BLT sandwich is one of the best things I've had recently and so is their salad bar. The prices on supplements were good so I'll definitely be back.
