I have been a client for over 35 years and Stacy has always been the one customer service specialist who displays and provides phenomenal customer care . She provides detailed information , answers insurance questions and coverage with a great deal of knowledge. Stacy is intentional about learning customers insurance needs and goes beyond the call of duty to support and find the best course of action to maximize your insurance coverage. She is always readily available and will return calls promptly. Over the years Stacey and I have established a great rapport and she is the only rep who I will contact( yes, she spoils her clients )😀 You feel truly valued as a customer working with Stacy!! Ashley Espino was a wonderful contact person for initiating my personal articles policy. She was very attentive and had a positive attitude on every interaction. If we had a problem, like reading the hand written appraisal, she waited patiently for the clarification and was quick to submit my policy application once completed. When it was taking a while to finalize the policy, she reached out multiple times to update me without me even having to ask. Overall a wonderful experience.

I somehow feel connected with Stare Farm from the day I joined them, still remember their team helped me to reduce insurance amount by merging house and car insurance, shared to complete ‘Defensive driving program’ and also encouraged to install ‘gps enabled device’ which reduces insurance further.

She has seen me through new cars, moving from apartments into my boyfriend’s house, then when my boyfriend became my husband helped me deal with everything to do with my name changing. Car title and insurance. She also has been a good friend and listener to me if I was ever having a great or a bad day. Stacy is the one keeps me with State Farm hands down!

Lisa Dobbs and her team are second to none. They go the extra mile to answer any questions you have as well as making you feel so appreciated as a customer.
