CVS

Don’t let all the negative reviews scare you off. I went to the Minute Clinic for a strep and Covid test. The NP and her nurse were absolutely lovely. They were thorough and informative. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they were even able to help me out with decreasing my out of pocket cost. I’d come back to see them anytime.

There are two other CVS close to my home but I always go to the Vinings store because I love seeing Olivia. She never fails to make me smile. She's always helpful no matter how busy the store may be. I have neighbors that say the same thing.

This CVS was great! The pharmacy technician and pharmacist where both very friendly and helpful. My out of state insurance did not cover the prescription so they put on a discount. The store was clean and there were a lot of items on sale. They even have vibrators and other sex toys if you are into that thing (not sure this is necessarily a good thing to be put out where everyone including children can see but still 5 stars for the exceptional service).

I went to your Clinic today and met with Denise. She was so professional and very kind. In spite of her not feeling well, she took me in and took great care of me diagnosing me with the flu. Sadly people that were trying to sign in and see this great employee were turned away because Denise had a fever and needed to go home.
CVS, please take care of your employees, like Denise and your customers by providing a back up nursing staff should these things occur.

The CVS is right down the street from my job, so I visit very often. The customer service is outstanding. You will be greeted as soon as you walk in and someone will also say "have a nice day" as you are walking out the door, even if you did not purchase anything. The employees at the pharmacy also provide amazing service. Everyone always has a smile on their face. It is also very clean and tidy.

Though the pharmacy is usually really busy, the staff pharmacists and techs make sure I am taken care of before I leave the store. They take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciate all of them!

I Came in on a Saturday, the store was understaffed, probably due to inclement weather. Customers weren't being understanding, however the pharmacy tech Ms. Johnson and borrowed pharmacist (not sure of her name) really pulled it together, remained calm, and professional. Both ladies did an amazing job and were friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy customers!

This is by far the best CVS I have been to and I have been to many. Cory is the best! He is always very nice and eager to help. You should definitely give this guy a raise. Thanks for the good customer service!.

This is for the MinuteClinic, specifically Olamiposi Owolabi, who saw me today for a stubborn UTI. I am used to Urgent Care practitioners being dismissive or jumping to conclusions, going with the easiest/simplest solutions to get you in and out as fast as possible. But NP Owolabi took her time with me and really listened to what I was going through, even called a colleague to get a second opinion to make sure she was making a sound decision on my case. I have been so stressed about this because urgent cares are packed with COVID patients and my doctor is unavailable because of the upcoming holidays, but I feel like I received really exemplary care today. Thank you so much.

If you are using Google maps, it may not take you to the right location in the shopping center. Mine took me to Sugarcoat and this is incorrect. This CVS is next to the Loft and it’s in the corner of the shopping center, not the middle like the GPS thinks. I called to ask how to get there, after 10 minutes of driving around the shopping center, and the pharmacy was very helpful!

Dr. Owolabi was great. She was very thorough and professional. She also explained the differences in the type of pink eye and what to do if you get it. Thanks!
