My agent left and I was reassigned to this office. Around that time, I reached out to make a policy change. It took months for me to get in touch with the office. They finally got in touch with me AFTER I posted a bad review.

Donovan quickly called me and apologized and offered to help with my request. He then sent an email a few weeks later asking me to remove the review. I thought that was rude. I wanted my original (from months ago) request to be completed, so I removed the review and sent over the documents for my original request. And then....radio silence! Followed up a week later...still no response!!

Back to square one, cannot get a response on anything. It appears this office didn't want to help me, but just wanted to schmooze me until I took the review down.

It turns out the easiest way to get my policy change completed was to cancel all of my insurance w/ Country and switch to another provider! I have better things to do than chase down my insurance agent, and I'm not interested in waiting months to have my coverage be the way that I want. Major disappointment.

tl;dr - ignored for months. left bad review. was asked to remove bad review. If you need to make policy changes go somewhere else because you are SOL here.
