I will definitely be a repeat customer because of the excellent customer service and quality of the product. I live in a rental so these vinyl rugs are perfect for sprucing up my little bathroom. Daren checked in with me on the status of my order before I even realized shipping had been delayed due to snow.

A must visit shop if you are ever in Needham. My husband and I were visiting Boston from Miami and enjoy visiting local stores to bring back something special from the places we visit. We were so happy to stumble upon Pura Vida- the owner does an excellent job at curating a collection of quirky unique items that are made locally and globally. I picked up some locally made gold jewelry, a locally painted cheese board, some fun ornaments, as well as several items I will be gifting.

There is a whole section in the back with these Vinyl Floor Cloths that Daren, the owner, was telling us about. You can get them in custom sizes and there are tons of designs to choose from. We live in an apartment but once we move into a home he said we could order directly from him and get it shipped.

My suitcase was definitely MUCH heavier traveling home but it was worth it.

My floor cloth is just gorgeous! And Daren was SO helpful, gracious, generous. Customer service second to none! Remodel is not yet complete, but I put the "tile" floor cloth where it will soon go permanently. I really wanted real tile, but that is dangerous for elders to fall on. We tend to break bones. I've bought a few pieces from Pura Vida over the years, both for my old house in New Jersey and my new house in Florida. My latest purchase was a spectacular vinyl floor covering for our breakfast room that I selected with Daren's guidance. There's no denying that Daren has excellent taste and it shows in the quality and beauty of the pieces he chooses to offer his customers. As others have noted Daren has also mastered the lost art of customer service. He follows up without prompting, communicates well and generally gets ahead of any problems or delivery issues before they occur. The only downside is that other boutique retail experiences might suffer a bit by comparison once you are used to this kind of service. Nevertheless I recommend Pura Vida without reservation based on all the happy experiences I've had over many years.

I love my floor cloth that I purchased from Daren at Pura Vida. It was hard to choose the design - there are so many! The floor cloth is easy to clean with just a mop. Now, I'm trying to decide which one to order next. Customer service at Pura Vida is fantastic, too. Thanks Daren!

This is my go-to for fantastic and handmade gifts. The store has many of the classic gifts like candles, serving bowls, jewelry, plus more—- but they all are unique with a cool twist from local artists. It is a big up from average gift stores. And every time I go in I discover new items that I love! Definitely a great destination for gifts!!
