I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the procedure “DR” Baden performed on a family member of mine. She Completely butchered them. It was a small incision to get a cyst removed. She did the procedure & didn’t even let the client ask any questions after. I wish that was the worst of it though. They were told to go home, and after 24 hours remove the bandage and return in 2 weeks to get the stitches out. Red flag #1 was how much blood was on the bandage. Fast forward a week later we were still applying new bandages because the blood would not stop. I’m not a doctor but looking at the stitches you didn’t need to be a rocket scientist to tell she messed up on the middle stitch ( that’s where the blood was coming from). To put in perspective it looked like if one of your shoe strings is loose in the middle of your shoe. The middle stitch was not tight at all. So here we are with an incision still bleeding and supposed to get the stitches out in 2 days. Now we are reading the other reviews and getting paranoid. Seems like we aren’t the only one having problems with “dr” Baden. Long story short the stitches came out and we were told to stuff the wound with gauze till it healed. Only to later find out, the cyst was not completely removed. Truly horrible doctor I would not recommend my worst enemy to go here. The receptionist said she was taking time off to have hand surjery I’m not sure if she’s just at the end of her career and does not care or is having trouble with her hands but nonetheless she is just not doing proper work. Now my family member has to go through this entire procedure again elsewhere ! Please read all reviews before you go there are plenty of other dermatologists, go elsewhere! Dr Baden is horrible!

Ended up with badly burned skin during procedure which causes permanent spots on my face. Dr. Baden refused to see the damage or to give an appointment and went into avoidance mode. First I was told she is away (for several weeks!), then she is "busy", etc. Finally after 2 months of me trying to get her appointment, her stuff emailed me that she recommends some cream and she cannot guarantee it will help. The whole process was highly frustrating and unprofessional. Left me with large damaged area of skin, which, as I learned from other doctors, is irreversible due to deep burns received during procedure. I saw Dr. Baden at Center Dermatology in Newton where Dr. Baden worked at the time.

Terrible experience all-around. They left irreparable bright burns all over the treated area. The burns have a shape of the round tool they used. When I sent pictures and asked how to treat burns, Dr. Baden stopped responding. I ended up with a permanently damaged skin.

Very traditional approach; Unwilling to spend a few minutes to find the ROOT cause of my issues, instead just wanted to treat the symptoms.

Very frustrating because I want to solve the actual problem, not just come up w/ a temporary solution (that only addressed the issue in 1 place where it was occurring; not all of them. She was not thorough in her diagnosis).

I tried to bring this up in numerous ways, asking different questions and the answer was always "sure, maybe."

Didn't feel like I was listened to or heard. It was a very quick appointment.

Not worth the time and long distance I had to drive. Will find someone else next time.

Such a rude and dumb receptionist. I wanted to go to this doctor to get a second opinion on a patient who is overseas. The receptionist did not even understand what I was talking about or did not want to understand. She was very rude and stupid. Such a pity that doctors do not know how their staff treats patients over the phone.
