J McLaughlin' s Wellesley store has beautifully made stylish clothing and the sales team are as lovely as the store. It is my
"Go To" boutique shopping spot when i need that special something or am just updating my seasonal wardrobe. Love this Place!

Great place to shop, even during the pandemic!! They wear masks and are so accommodating to the needs of their clientele.

sales person was very accusatory and made the customer feel uncomfortable. She also did not give me the proper discount on my clothing. now I have to go to the effort to have this corrected.

This was a strange experience indeed. I was there over Christmas week, looking for a gift for my mom. When I entered the store, the only person working there saw me and ducked behind the counter... I thought to myself, ok, weirdo... then as I was browsing through the store she did not acknowledge me once, no “can I help you find something” nothing. I decided to take my business elsewhere obviously and as I was leaving I asked her “do you treat all of your customers this way” she said “oh do you need help with something?” I said you’ve blatantly ignored me the whole time I was in the store. This is a pathetic establishment that clearly doesn’t want to cater to younger people and assume that younger people won’t be able to afford their $360 sweaters. Can’t wait until this store has a for lease sign up.
