Great store, that is fast, friendly and price competitive. They are always willing to help brainstorm ideas and also help carry items to your car! Highly recommended vs. going to a big box store.

Best one of a kind hardware store in Metro west. Service cannot be better. I find it even better than Harvey’s Hardware that was my go to for over 40 years. A lot of the employees went to Green’s when Harvey’s closed.

My favorite hardware store (or any store for that matter!) since moving to the area 15 years ago. Passionate, helpful, and consistent staff not only know their inventory but know how to help you problem solve whatever hardware need you may have. They do this without any attitude and with a smile. This is how to run a small/local business. Take note other business owners/managers and bravo to the entire Green's team for being awesome.

Awesome place. Old school. You walk in and there are the same people who know where everything is and then get it for you. Have questions? They know the answers. Tim has been super helpful with many chainsaw issues that’s I’ve had and special ordered a few Stihl products for me.
This a great store with comparable prices. They also will assemble and deliver most things. My biggest problem is they always want to carry stuff out to your car

In a world where service is becoming non-existent, it’s nice to hard a home town hardware store with everything one could possibly need at great prices and unbelievable service to match. Sure you can go to one of the big box stores but you’ll walk the isles trying to find someone to help you. Green’s Hardware is a throwback to the days when great service began from the moment you walked in to your local hardware store right through to checkout. They have lots of knowledgable people who will help you find just about anything, answer questions and make suggestions. Great place…great people.

Every person working at the store was helpful and attentive without being "in your face." I called before I went out to be sure they had what I needed. They picked up quickly and were able to help easily. When I arrived, I was surprised at the huge variety of inventory. I feel like they could cover the needs of any home project that you have, including revamping all of your kitchen supplies...all of their Le Creuset was staring me down and all I needed was a door knob! 😊

My review is for customer service. The store looks well stocked and I’m sure I’ll be shopping here often. Yesterday these guys really helped out, we had a price of equipment that although they carry they did not sell to me. Our power broom was having trouble and no less then 3 guys stopped what they were doing to help fix a problem the broom was having. They really helped out and it made the rest of our workday that much easier/better.

Just when you think the art of customer service is dead - enter Green’s and your faith will be restored. Who knew I could love a hardware store?

Swung by 5 min before closing on a Friday for a last second propane need. They had it and the price was lowest among any store per online pricing. Very impressed, it’s on a way to daycare so my next run will not be to Home Depot.

Great local hardware store. I stop here often for many items. This year I purchased a lawn mower. It starts 1st pull everytime.

If you’re looking for a local hardware store and don’t want to head over to Home Depot, this is your spot. The customer service is like none I’ve never seen. From the moment you walk in the door to the time they carry your purchases to your car. Great place!

A lot better than Harvey's Hardware in Needham. You can actually go inside! Also, you don't have annoying retail salesmen breathing down your neck. I sure hope someone from Harvey's is reading this review!
