The UPS Store

The service provided to me and my father recently by the owner Stuart and his staff member Mallory was exceptional. We had a package destined for Florida which was erroneously rerouted by corporate to a California UPS facility. Stuart spent two weeks trying to resolve the issue and called me several times with updates , and Mallory did the same with my father. The package finally arrived in Florida and the shipping fee was refunded to us. We are so grateful for their diligence, care and friendly service. I highly recommend this UPS store and look forward to using them again in the future!

In & out in 10 seconds Thu 8/31 at 12:45 PM, friendly, provided dropoff receipt instantly. Not sure if ownership or staff changed but the lower reviews did not seem accurate to me. Very pleased with service. Parking meters avail right in front.

Over the years, I've used this location a dozen times or more to send packages, purchase packing materials, etc, and always found them courteous and efficient. I don't do enough shipping to have a clear sense of comparative pricing policies, but their prices have always seemed reasonable to me, the packages have always arrived safely, and--as I say--I've always received fast and friendly service. I'm not sure what bad experiences the other reviewers here have had, but seeing their complaints I thought I should weigh in with my own different report.

Extremely efficient store with (at least one) extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee(s).

I came in with a box of ~60 journals to be shipped in different packages and quantities both domestically and internationally, expecting only to buy boxes and to ship and label them a different day. Enter hero, Jake, the only employee at the store, who talked me through pricing and helped me for the better part of an hour sort through labeling and shipping all of my journals while also handling other customers that walked in. I'm glad to have done all my shipping in a single day and could not have done it without Jake at the UPS Store's help.

I NEVER write reviews but I had such good experience today at this UPS location. I forgot my stroller and was trying to juggle a very active 1 year old and multiple packages. Without hesitation the woman working offered to help entertain my daughter and I couldn't be more appreciative!

Rose is AMAZING - she's absolutely turned the whole store around. The level of customer service she provides is unparalleled, and it translates to the rest of her staff and the whole customer experience. The staff is honest, unbiased, and thorough. They'll take care of you. I don't live in Wellesley but this is the only place I come to.

Rose is always helpful with all our drop-offs and pick-ups. Some days the store is busy and you have to wait a bit, but that's to be expected. Like my local UPS store.
