This practice is excellent. My whole family comes here and I’d recommend Dr. Burnett to anyone in search of a high quality dermatologist. Very thorough and attentive. All around great experience.

I have seen both Dr Burnett to treat my toddler and I have been a long term patient of Dr Lunder. This is an excellent practice that I would highly recommend! The staff is extremely friendly, the office is beautiful and clean and both doctors offer a personal touch and approach to each patient combined with outstanding medical care.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Burnett since our long time dermatologist retired several years ago. She is an amazingly talented physician. In addition to our semi annual skin checks, my husband was diagnosed twice with skin cancer that required surgery. Dr. Burnett has always extended genuine care and understanding. We never feel rushed or that our questions and concerns are not important. We are indeed fortunate to have Dr. Burnett as part of our medical team.

I could not hold Dr. Burnett in higher regard. She is the best in the business - an extraordinary and talented medical professional and also a remarkable person. I came to Dr. Burnett with very specific goals for my skin - anti-aging, vibrancy and overall health. She has addressed all of that and more!

Dr Burnett's diagnosis and medical procedure was fast and precisely. I had my fingernail torn because of hiking. Paronychia was seen as well. She had the injured fingernail removed successfully during my first visit. The new fingernail started to grow back and paronychia gradually faded off. Thank you!

We visited Dr. Burnett for a a skin condition and were initially happy with how she received and got us medication. We were okay up until that point but were concerned about the hefty charge for the initial two in-person visits, the skin improved on the feet due to steroids that were prescribed (for eczema) but not for the neck area which she diagnosed as fungal infection. The neck area got much worse than how it had started, we wanted to get in touch with Dr. Melissa again for that, but opted for a quick phone call instead of the in person visit. The hospital staff did not inform us that they would be charging us the same amount as if it was an in-person visit. For two (few minutes each) phone calls the clinic charged us $320 and $225 respectively and we were appalled to see the bill come in for that much. I was out of country and could not follow up on the discrepancy, later on when I called the billing folks they did not entertain our request and told us that they only collect the dues and the clinic puts in the charges. This is my first bad experience for a physician visit. A wrong medical diagnosis plus a bill (essentially a telehealth visit vs an in-person) is a no no. I would not recommend this clinic to others and will be looking for a new dermatologist.
