The people at Cana Realty were very helpful with our situation. Our parents passed away and it was time to sell our lifelong home. They suggested we update our home to get more on the sale. We were hesitant but not having to pay for the renovations until we sold the home was a no brainer. We sold the house and made an extra 40%! Before and after photos shows the BIG DIFFERENCE. Thank you!! Highly recommend working with them.

Jason went above and beyond to help me find a place to live with my boyfriend. He was completely transparent and made it an extremely smooth process. He was always available and did all the hard work for us (scheduling appointments, negotiating, asking the tough questions, etc). I totally trust and value his input and he knows he made a client for life! Can’t wait to go back to him when we transition from an apartment to a house in a few years!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to move - he will have your back!

Very professional and helpful all around. I needed a quick rental and they came thru. They even got me a room when I was in town looking for the rental!!

Stay away from this group. There are far more honest realtors in the area that you can work with. They will try to bait and switch with listed properties, and do not communicate with each other or clients.

Attempted to contract for purchase and construction of a new home. Cana demanded contract terms that included a $2,500 limit on their best effort to build a home in compliance with plans and specs and demanded a replenishing escrow that Cana could draw on in it's sold discretion. Make sure you are represented by competent real estate counsel if working with Cana

They talk big in their website but don't return calls and their office is never open. Avoid them as they don't pass the sniff test.
