Country Store

I have to say the people that work their are very kind everytime I walk in to grab my drinks for work, or a newspaper, they kindly ask me if I'm paying with cash or card, I pay them with either one I have. But there's one thing that does need to change, in which I feel the patriots panoramic photos on the wall above the energy drinks are a bit outdated, and have been up there as long as I remember it being open for like I think 25, or 20 years maybe. Otherwise customer service is amazingly fantastic by far.

I have been going to country store for the past 24 years. When I was a child I was given free candy and as an adult I am blessed with the sarcastic humor that every massachusetts native loves. Karen, for your information you did not speak to an Arabic person. Before you start labeling people maybe you should get to know them first. I am not surprised that you had a bad experience after reading your review.

It's a great place to grab a coffee in the morning, the regular morning crowd is great and the service is impeccable. If you like sarcasm and a good laugh to start or end your day than I highly recommend adding Country Store to your daily return and make sure to always complain about the prices, service, something to the hilarious NON-ARABIC gentleman behind the counter.

This store has everything I've ever been looking for . On a Sunday or holiday if I ever needed something...they have it. Kelly and Neil are the most gracious clerks Ever!

Awful. I have frequented the country store many times and this past time visiting the location I got treated so unbelievably awful. Working in retail, I understand the stresses of dealing with the public and so on and so forth, but the way that I was treated by this Arab man working behind the counter was unacceptable. I placed my items on the side of the register and told him I had to grab one more item but my arms were clearly full. He disregarded what I said and continue to start ringing in my items. When I told him that they were separate transactions and I still had to grab one more thing he huffed noticeable out loud and rolled his eyes. I quickly hurried to grab my last item but was having trouble finding it right away. Another customer came in and he came down the isle after me and told me I had to check out right now. I told him it was okay he could take her first and he told me no I had to check out now because I was already in the system. I just went to the register and he continued to throw the receipt and pen at me and tell me to sign. It was completely embarrassing and degrading. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and would highly suggest this individual is re trained in the business world as to how to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS, and people in general.

Was having some card trouble and the man behing the counter started getting very agressive with me, telling me I was wasting his time, ridiculing me, etc. The machine that took the card wasn’t working either. When I switched to Apple Pay, which I only use in emergencies really, he began interrogating me on why I didn’t use that first. Entire time was very hostile and rude. I really don’t like criticizing local businesses but this was just horrible.

The people who work there now on the night shift are so rude. I spend hundreds of dollars a week on scratch tickets and if I ask what number a ticket is on the woman and the man start laughing and are so rude to me. I know other customers ask too so I have no idea why they roll their eyes. I dont do it if I have anyone behind me in line. I only do it if I'm the only one at the counter. The owner needs to hire new employees that know how to communicate and be nice to customers

I can't believe the cashier told me that he would not take charge and I had to go to another store just to get food 🥝 I will never go back to this store again!!!!

They sell old products. Bought sleeve of dip returns was dry what's he do but put right back up on shelve the people do not care there.

Workers were very rude and told me to exit the store

I only wanted to buy a bottle of soda, but they have a minimum amount for credit card purchases and the cashier got angry at me because I didn’t have cash. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Rude staff. $5 minimum for credit card
