Most if the staff at this location are very helpful. The stars of this location in my opinion are the pharmacy staff. Always helpful and will to do some of the heavy lifting related to insurance coverage.

I’ve realized they’ve changed their tone, much more pleasant now to interact with. The front staff has two older male workers that are impatient and unfriendly. They both start increasing their voices when think they weren’t heard or have to repeat something. The pharmacy staff have been nice and helpful.

I switched to filling my scripts at this CVS over the Norwood one in my town because they are far more communicative, caring, and customer focused at Walpole. When some of my scripts are extremely important, communication of delays and problems is important. When Norwood failed me multiple times, Walpole came through for me.

Had an emergency and needed a few pills for my mother's high blood pressure and John the Pharmacist that works the overnight literally came to the rescue and assisted right away and with great customer service. Thank you John!

This c.v.s. is always great. Staff polite,good sales,always clean . Top of the chain now go out of my way to shop there. Always have the shelves replenished and if you need assistance they will be there and offer more helpful information about sales, extracare products and deals.

For the people leaving a 1 star review...I have NEVER had your experience. A lot of you have had a bad 1 time visit hence your 1 star review. Pharmacy has been nothing but kind as have the regular staff. This is our cvs of choice!

Pharmacy does not answer phone, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, not acceptable customer support. Update 2021, service has improved greatly

I visit this store for Birthday cards, allergy medication, candy, and sunscreen !
Great store year round !
