The team at Key Prime realty is absolutely top notch. I used them for 2 transactions within the last few years - one was a purchase, and one was a sale.

The purchase transaction was at the absolute peak of the property market, which meant we were aggressively competing against very motivated buyers. On top of that, we were relocating to the area, so all of our offers needed to placed "sight-unseen" and often with very tight deadlines. Kiran spent a lot of time over late zoom calls educating me about the area, and provided tips on how to succeed in such a competitive market.
