Anne LaRaia, MD

Anne La Raia is my dermatologist doctor for more than a decade. She is very excellent communicator, organized and conscientious.
She is the best!

I absolutely love Dr. Laraia. I (quite literally), trust her with my life. I am a melanoma patient (found by the Dr) and recently she found swollen lymph nodes at a routine check up. Since that appt. She has called to check up on me twice to make sure I’m being seen by my primary care. Great listener and always remembers the things we talk about.

Fantastic dermatologist. Been seeing her for a few years. She is efficient, explains everything well and very kind. Would not hesitate to recommend her - particularly to LGBTQ folks who may otherwise have a hard time getting gender affirming care. She has always got my partners pronouns right and that is sadly unusual.

I had been seeing Dr. LaRaia for nearly 10 years for annual checks and a few random biopsies. While she is a fine doctor, her office has terrible customer service. My son recently got stuck in traffic while heading to an appointment. He politely called to let them know he was running late and they told him if he was more than 15 minutes late, the doctor could not see him. He had taken the day off of work and had already driven more than an hour from Cape Cod to get to the appointment. He had given himself plenty of time to get there, but there had been an unexpected accident. The office had no compassion or flexibility whatsoever. Could not squeeze him in or make any kind of arrangement. I find this completely unacceptable and therefore my entire family has cancelled all upcoming appointments and are finding a new dermatologist. I do not recommend this practice.
