I learned today that Dr. Posternak retired from practicing medicine. Dr. Posternak has been my doctor since 2015 and has followed me from through my own medical school journey. I'm eternally grateful for his support, expertise, and shared decision making model of practice.

Went to this psychiatrist based on a recommendation from a provider. I think he is great. I asked him what he would do recommend if I were his daughter and he gave me sound advice.

Very helpful with my medications. Listens to me and pays attention to how my daily life is getting better.

He “treated” my son. His response to phone calls and emails is non existent and his lack of attention was appalling. I had to reach out to another psychiatrist to make contact with him after several days. When he finally called he told my son he was acting like a drug addict. This was a week before exams in the second year of graduate school. Enough said.
