I visited Wellesley Dental Group after spending years with an absolutely terrible dentist whose cleanings were chaotic and painful. When I arrived to my first appointment with Dr. Ali and Leyla, I was incredibly anxious. Dr. Ali and Leyla were incredibly patient, listened to my concerns, and communicated clearly when they approached a sensitive spot on my teeth. My cleanings at Wellesley Dental pain-free and thorough. I no longer feel anxious when I have a cleaning coming up. They are consistently on time, professional, and very friendly. I wish I had started seeing them sooner!

Embarrassed to admit I didn’t go to the dentist for over 7 years. I was always traumatically fearful until I found Wellesley Dental Group. Dr. Femina Ali was so kind, thoughtful and gentle from my very first visit. She respected my fear and worked with me. She set me up with the best hygienist I have ever been to - Layla is extraordinary - such a kind, caring, skilled and gentle person. Then I have had both Dr. Femina Ali and Dr. Ali work on me and they are such skilled dentists while still being caring and conscious of my fears. Layla and the doctors turned my dental experience around. I can hardly believe I don’t mind going now and have been with them for over 6 years!

I love Dr Ali! He takes such pride in his work - actually in his art! He just replaced another dentist’s awful crown I’ve lived with for years and he took so much time and care to get it just right, and even put a plan in place to confirm my satisfaction with the very slight color deviation after it is in place for a while. He’s a wonderful dentist and human. And his team - technicians and office staff - are awesome!

Leyla is the most wonderful hygienist! I have tremendous fear of the dentist and she is calming and also does the best job. Not sure my teeth were ever really clean before seeing her!

I have been a patient of Wellesley Dental Group for 5 years and never have I ever been disappointed with the services Dr Ali and his team are providing. I think of my dentist as of a trustworthy, honest and competent doctor, who has a great sense of humor - which is not less important to me. Being around people who think positive while you are in pain - what can be better:) Jokes aside, I would definitely recommend Wellesley Dental Group. My overall experience includes braces, crowns, veneers, wisdom teeth extractions as well as professional teeth cleaning on a regular basis. I've done it all! Very satisfied!

Dr. Ali and team are incredibly professional, efficient, and detail oriented in their services while also maintaining a warm, familial, and humorous atmosphere. The only thing I missed this time was the roving “therapy” dog who roams and visits patients in the rooms who seem to need the most comforting.

The team at Wellesley Dental consistently delivers the highest quality dental care possible. Drs. Ali and every member of the care team are committed to their patients needs and comfort. As a patient with complex dental care needs, I have benefited time and again from their expertise and high-tech approach to dentistry. Absolutely the best!!!

My entire family was seen today at Wellesley Dental Group and I am thoroughly impressed. The office is extremely clean. The dentists are professional and knowledgeable. I got a true sense that they care about our dental health. The hygienists were wonderful. Very impressed. Happy to have a dentist that my kids are excited to go to.

Two of my children had some cavities filled with Dr. Derek and I cannot say enough how patient and kind Dr. Derek was with them. They handled it really well and I believe this is due to the professionalism and car that Dr. Derek gives. Very pleased. I was happy to talk with Dr. Derek about their hygiene and and hear all his knowledgeable insight. Thank you

I love my experience at Wellesley dental group. As a person who gets very nervous to go to the dentist, Dr. Ali and his staff have always made me feel comfortable. They always answer my questions and everyone is kind and personable. I get so nervous to go, but always leave feeling so happy. I have lived all over and had almost 10 different dentists in my lifetime, they are best dental experience I have ever had!

I’ve been coming to Wellesley Dental Group for years and they always provide great care and service. Last week, I saw something that I never expected to see. Bryan, an aide working there, took service to a new level. He walked an elderly patient home in the rain while holding an umbrella to keep her dry. Bryan’s interaction with her was both gentle and respectful. It was one of the kindest acts I’ve seen in years. This is a testament to the type of culture that the Drs. Ali have built.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years primarily because my last visit was so horrible. But my experience at Wellesley Dental was amazing! They made me actually look forward to my visits. The staff was very polite and accommodating. They left me super motivated to take better care of myself. So far I have been there for one superficial cleaning, 2 deep cleanings and a filling. Will be certain to go back regularly. They also had an oral surgeon look at my teeth even though he didn't have an opening. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I've been a patient at Wellesley Dental Group for almost a year now. The entire staff is so kind and professional. They are genuinely caring and compassionate. Dr. Ali and Dr. Stephens are doing my implants and I couldn't be happier with the results. They planned a strategy for me and have implemented it in a way that has been convenient for me and with little to no discomfort. I use to have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but ,thankfully that is no longer the case. They are VERY good at putting you at ease. Best dentist office ever! My husband and I have lived all around New England and have never found a dentist office that we truly felt comfortable at until we started going to Wellesley Dental Group. We’ve now been coming here for three years. I used to dread the dentist and now I look forward to coming. All of the staff are super knowledgeable and everyone strives to make you feel comfortable. I have been going to Wellesley dental group for about 20 years and I always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. The hygienist does a great job with the teeth cleaning. They are all very skilled at what they do. I never have to worry when I am there. I know they will do the best job to help me take care of my teeth.
