Shout-out to Hampton who was absolutely fantastic! Even though the store was packed, he took his time to scan our feet, had us try different models and different sizes, and went on to explain the specifics of each. He gave us great advice and helped us make sure we left with the shoes that best fit our needs.

As someone who hasn't owned a pair of running shoes in a while, I needed a good amount of guidance around choosing the right pair. Fortunately for me, the sales rep guided me through every step of the process and assisted me in making an informed decision. The transaction process was quick and seamless as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone serious about running.

They really know their stuff. I came in explaining one issue and was advised about another that also needed correction. Tommy was attentive and patient as we went through several different options. Our customer service rep, Tyler, was extremely helpful and patient in assisting our 80 year old mother and helping her find the right fit for her feet. After trying on a few pairs that did not fit, he took the time to call other stores to see if the sneaker width was available and even told them to hold it for her. He possesses excellent customer service skills that is hard to find. Thank you for being so kind and helpful to her.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You'll get your feet and gait evaluated with some cool tech to help find the right shoes and insoles.

With social distancing only a few customers can come inside at a time. Unless you're picking up an order or know exactly what you need (brand size etc) you'll want to plan on waiting outside for a while.

Great staff. Expert service. And they hosted us all summer as our base for the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge.

Antonia was super helpful. She was able to find me the perfect pair of shoes to help with my ACL recovery! The Topo shoes are super comfortable and supportive and a local brand, too!

As other reviewers have stated, the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! They ask what you'll be using the sneakers for and they watch how you walk to see if you might need a certain type of shoe (for example, if you overpronate or have other things to note). The person who assisted me knew the varying sizes for each brand and gave me really good options to try on for my needs. I ended up getting the best pair of sneakers I have ever owned here!!

While it is pricey, I think it's worth it since the sneakers are tailored to your needs and are so comfortable. I will definitely return!

There is a reason why everyone raves about Marathon Sports! My orthopedic surgeon was the person that recommended them years ago and they are the best.
I went in the other day and Steve Curley helped me and provided the best customer service, really listened to what I was looking for and found the color I wanted at another Marathon.

Whether a seasoned runner like me or a novice like my wife, you will walk out of the store with a pair of great sneakers with the correct fit for you foot, running gait and style.

The knowledgeable staff, will analyze your gait, put you in a few pairs of sneakers and watch you run up and down the sidewalk. Based on what they witness and your feedback, they will adjust and repeat until you love the sneaker you are in. I RECOMMEND that you bring your old running sneakers as this will streamline the process.

In addition to the high quality service selecting the best sneaker for you, the staff is also keenly aware of the local running season. They can assist with race information, local training routes, clubs, etc.

Great experience! The clerk that helped us was knowledgeable and kind. We did not feel just like a "sale". I recommend anyone going there that needs a good fit on a running shoes.

I was experiencing knee pain that stopped me from running. A friend recommended Marathon Sports and they fit me with shoes that eliminated the knee pain. The price was competitive with even online retailers but what keeps me coming back is an invaluable service of truly fitting me to the best pair of shoes for my specific gait. Never been to another store that does so well with that!

I am a first time runner and went in to be fitting for some sneakers. Adam's customer service was very refreshing. I appreciated the care and knowledge he shared. I would definitely recommend!
