Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham

We had a great experience with our toddlers. The staff is very friendly and they really made their first dental visit a success! Highly recommend this pediatric dental office.

I love Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham. They are always service oriented and friendly and as a result, my 4 and 6 year old children look forward to going to the dentist. They are treated to fun toys on the way out. Today was Valentine’s Day and they gave our girls the cutest sunglasses to keep. The staff is very thoughtful and excel at dentistry!

Great first visit today. They were lovely with our 2 year old and very patient when she didn’t want to participate. They made our first visit very easy and comfortable. Our 2 year old was able to get through the whole exam. The balloon and toy at the end also was a big plus for our girl. Bringing our older 2 in February!!

Took my 3 kids to see Dr. Defeo at the Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham after having a less than impressive experience at another dental office. Our experience at Dr. Defeo’s office was spectacular! The greeting board with my kids’ names on it, the clean office and workrooms, cute colors and decor, and above all the warm and knowledgeable staff members who know how to work with kids! I’m so glad I trusted my gut and transferred care to the Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham!

Dr. DeFeo is a wonderful pediatric dentist. She is understanding, calm, and thorough. She does great work. She and her staff explain everything to my son, and he appreciates that. She even lets kids pick what show they want to watch on the ceiling when they are in the office! Her staff is fantastic. The hygienist is caring and has nice ways to encourage good habits. The assistants are kind and make the experience as relaxing as possible. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff have been very patient and helpful when scheduling appointments.

Wonderful practice. We switched here when our previous pediatric dentist stopped taking BCBS dental and we’ve been super happy. Kids love going. We’ve even had a successful filling with no tears!

We just had our first appointment at Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham and it was excellent. Both Dr. DeFeo and our dental hygienist were so patient and kind with my 5 and 2 year old. The office is bright and clean and the post dental cleaning “prizes” continue to be a hit in my household days later. I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham!

The best testimony to how awesome the staff and everything else is - is the fact that my daughter was so excited about going to the dentist again, she has been asking me every morning in the past week if today is the day we will go to the dentist! She is 5 years old and was here last 6 months ago and she remembered!

Dr. DeFeo and team are just wonderful! They know how to deal with anxious kids and put them at ease. So much so that my daughter now loves going to the dentist! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the office is very clean, modern, and kid friendly. We are so lucky to have found them!

My 15 month old had his first dental visit at Pediatric Dental Specialists of Needham and it was exceptional from start to finish! The entire staff was so kind and made us feel safe and comfortable.

Such a wonderful dentist! Our 3.5 year old has been going there since 18 months and every experience is a 10/10. It’s such a happy and comfortable environment with the loveliest staff who all clearly love children.

Re-reviewing since I love this place so much :) They've been my son's dentist for a while now and we just love them! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. They explain things so my four year old understands, and they talk directly to him so he feels included and respected. 11/10 we were lucky to find this place!

This was my sons first dental appointment ever. They were so patient and kinda. They explained step by step what they were going to do and what tools were going to get used and how they work. It made him feel at ease and made this nervous mama feel so much better. I’m so happy to have found a great place for my son to continue to go to.

We love Dr. DeFeo! She is so great with my kids that they have zero anxiety about going to the dentist. Her office team is consistent and very organized and they do all the text reminders. The office is beautiful and convenient. Even getting teeth pulled has been painless.

Two thumbs up. Everyone who goes loves this practice. I only wish she was open when my kids were tiny. Would have saved me so much stress.
