I’m in my 70’s. For years I’ve had a barber in New Jersey cutting my hair. He was trained in Italy as a young man and I was very happy with the haircuts he gave me.

Since moving to Boston I’ve not been able to find a replacement for Vincenzo until …Zoe !! Zoe at the Parlor Sslin is experienced in dealing with men’s haircuts. She specializes in haircuts for men and it shows. She measures carefully and cuts with precision. I was very pleased with what she did.

The staff are amazing here. Attention to detail leaves you looking and feeling fabulous every time . I have Zoe for my colour , she’s fabulous and the owner Nikki is a master of the cut. Can highly recommend!

Great experience! They happened to be able to accommodate my daughter for an appointment within 10 minutes of calling. It was busy and bustling with good energy and Elise T. was my daughters hairdresser. She was very kind and gave my daughter a very stylish haircut! Will definitely be re-booking with her!

Feelin' like a million bucks after I left parlor salon yesterday. Alicia cut and colored my hair. I explained to her what I wanted and she really took the time to understand my needs. She is easy going and professional. I'm super happy with the outcome and I will be going to Alicia in the future. I tell everyone I know, if you are looking for a life changing hair cut and/or color this is the place. Worth any amount of travel time!

Nikki and her team are fun, kind and totally get how to make my hair look amazing. Especially since it’s got a natural wave and not a lot of hairdressers seem to know how to deal with that.

Great everything! Service is friendly, great cuts and color, been going there for 6 years with great results.

Because people on here say that they are treated well, perhaps it's personal that I have not been, although I always tipped 20% and was kind. They will cancel unaplogetically last minute and often. They will make no effort to find someone else to cut your hair, until eventually you are forced to take the hint and go elsewhere. They also overbook considerably and will not call to let you know they may be an hour or more backed up.
