My husband and I were patients here for 4 years and were very pleased with our care. We moved away for 3 years and came back. They now take care of our two children and us! We love this dental office. The front desk staff is very friendly, and all the dentists are fantastic! They take great care of all of us, and my kids love coming to the dentist. I had a tooth chip over the weekend and they saw me Monday without a question! Dr Singleton did a fantastic job with my numbing and I didn’t feel a single thing!

I have been going to Dr. Dickey for years and he has been a great dentist. The hygienists are very thorough and pleasant and the people who work at the front desk are always so kind and polite.

They are organized and efficient, and they do a good job for my whole family (including children and seniors).

They have been my dentist for a little over a year and a half since the dentist I was seeing for over 30 years retired. My wife has been going here for close to 25 years. I switched under her recommendation.

First I noticed the people sitting at the front desk are rude and just want to gossip with their fellow employees. This should have been a warning sign but I let it go since my wife has been here for so long.

Second, today Friday I had a back moller crown pop off and I am experiencing headaches and considered this an emergency. The dentist first available appointment is not until 12:30 on Monday. I am suppose endure uncomfort until Monday because they cannot fit me in for 15 minutes to glue it back on. If they are that busy, then they do not need my business. I consider this poor service and if you are looking for a new dentist, I would continue my search if I was you.
