I just went to Lowe's on Rutger's near Crossroads Mall and let me tell ya Jeremy in the wood/lumber department is the best he helped me beyond any other person I've came in contact with at that store that man needs a raise he knew where everything was and cut the items perfectly and quickly. A huge thanks goes to you Jeremy.

If you are going to do it yourself, then you know where to go..!! Large variety and great staff..now get in there now.!!

This Lowe's store is amazing! They have a large selection and just seem to have more for better prices. The people in here are very friendly and very helpful. Love this place!

Always tend to walk out with more than intended. The customer service is wonderful. The staff always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for.

First time going in this Lowe’s location (Rutgers street) and doing a pick up order.. Every employee I talked with, was super nice and helpful especially Charles! By far the best Lowe’s in the area.

This Lowe’s makes you feel like a hero in a parade. I drove an hour to purchase an appliance and they made it worth every mile. The man in line behind us requested the name of the associate who helped him to write a letter of thanks. I really feel that they appreciated my service time. The store was spotless and the manager was the ultimate professional.

Went to look at getting a New grill. Ran into a Lowe's Associate Rocky, and walked out with a New Blackstone 4 burner grill !!!

One of the best Lowe's that I have ever been to. I was going to purchase a grill. And didn't know for sure which one I should get and which one was the best. I was greeted by two Associates named Dean and Rocky. They took their time with me and explained everything about the grills and which one would be the best to purchase when I picked out one Rocky was right on it to get the grill up to the front for my purchase while Dean showed me everything that I would need for the grill. And when I picked everything that I would like he followed me to the register to help me with the self-checkout and Rocky and Dean loaded my new grill up in my vehicle. These two men were very patient and never rushed me to hurry up and pick out what I needed. After that I went to the gardening section and met a man named Kevin. I needed some lava rocks and could not find them he was very helpful and helping me find what I needed and he was so friendly and nice. I will say that this is one of the best Lowe's with the friendliest Associates in Roanoke Virginia

Lowe's just has their skill set together. The shelves are packed with necessary items that we go in there to get. I have not yet had the experience of looking for something and not being able to get it. Whereas other stores this is often the case. This particular trip I had random things that I needed to purchase and had a very successful trip. They also are very helpful, even when I'm not looking they will come up to me and ask if I need any assistance. Again, very different from other stores. Enjoy your shopping!

woody is one amazing employee you have here. that man deserves a raise. most of the time I need help locating what I’m looking for (especially since store has been rearranged some ) many of the workers here are reluctant to help when I ask. good employees like him really make it a pleasant experience!

Great customer service by Kyle! One older gentleman (employee) was constantly talking and yapping to a customer about something that had nothing to do with the business of Lowes. A young man named Kyle was very helpful in assisting me and locating the flashlights that I needed for Father's Day. He was very efficient and I appreciated him stepping out of his way to help me and then Miss Judy at the cashier's register called me over to her station to check me out when I did not see that she was available. (And I got some great deals at the clearance racks!)

The people who work here are FaBuLouS! They have gone out of their way for me so many times... taking me to the aisle that has an item I need, giving me detailed information about 2 items when I'm trying to determine which meets my needs, helping me pick out the best fertilizer for my azaleas, checking on my granite counter installation from start to finish, helping me choose the right carpet (and padding) for my home. I could go on and on, but actually, I think I have before in other Lowe's reviews. This pic is of my fav store on Challenger Rd in Roanoke. I love how it looks like the sky is showing off this Lowe's =)

Came to Lowes for plants for a wheelbarrow garden. The garden center was clean and all the plants were still healthy. I found just what I needed.

Very helpful in buying new appliances, I recommend walking back to where they do the custom kitchen cabinets, very helpful for our small non-profit.

Staff was helpful and I was able to find what I needed.

Love this store.You can find just about anything you need here at Lowes. One awesome store! From pool supplies to lawnmowers, lumber,greenhouse plants,to house fixtures. Like I said anything you need!

This is my go to store. The management are all seasoned professionals and the pro staff are beyond fantastic. There is one staff member that will see me looking around and ask what I need and find it for me and ask questions to make sure i have the right thing. I recommend this store if you have a project and need help. They have the advice. Just find a pro or a senior staff member.

this store was so helpful, this one employee named emma was very good help she saved me from when 13 cinderblocks almost fell on me and she went super saiyan and flew across the store to do so

Lowe's employees are very helpful if you need help finding something or with questions. I needed plumbing parts but was unsure exactly what. An employee showed me where to look then helped me get the parts I would need. I really enjoy looking around there & shopping Lowe's.
