I have been doing business with Karina and I have to tell that I am happy with her service customer. She explained everything I need to know about my commercial and auto policies not to mention the prices in commercial lines affordable and lower down payment is a plus.

We bought our house and got a quote from this office. We did not choose to go with farmers because it was so high. We spoke to the rep and told them we would not be using her. We then got letters stating we owed $235. We called over 5 times to resolve this and they would not respond to emails or phone calls. We then received a collections letter from credit collections service which we paid immediately because who wants that on their credit and fighting the big company will only hurt you. They will take advantage of you and steal your money. Don't even get a quote from them.
