Kohl's

I was looking for some cute sundresses and found 5 for under $20 in the junior section! Kohl’s always has great deals and coupons so I ended up paying only $7 for this really cute dress 🥰

This location is the BEST! When you walk in your are greeted by the Sales Associate which is always nice. It’s nice to be acknowledged. Not only that the story is very clean and organized. Not to mention they have SEPHORA😁 I was unbelievably happy. I hadn’t been in the area since 2019 and back then they didn’t have Sephora. So when I saw the sign passing by I had the biggest smile on my face because I was so excited! I went to Sephora and they had everything that I was looking for. Not to mention the Sales Associate who is a Beautiful young brown skin woman helped match me (bare minerals) and she helped me find the make up brush daily cleaner I had run out of! I definitely will come back!

I had 2 pick-up orders on 12/24. One was ready, the other wasn't. Clerk let me purchase the one item and later cancelled the pickup once it was in her system. Great customer service. Always happy with Kohl's.

Are you serious? Christmas decor out middle of September! Wow!
This store all the staff is always friendly and the keep the store really organized.

I love my Kohl's store and the entire Kohl's experience. I know all the cashiers are nice, but hope you get Consuela at the Austell store. She is so nice and friendly and helpful!! Thanks Kohl's! 😎

Wow! I went to Kohl's to drop off Amazon return and after they return, they gave me a $5 coupon to spend on anything with no minimum purchase hahaha, who doesn't like a coupon anyway? Interesting!!! I don't know what to get but I am forced to buy something with this $5 coupon. Excited Mbyeee

Store very clean & organized. Bathrooms sparkling clean. Associates up beat keeping busy with their tasks but will quickly acknowledge customers. Joanne from "Boston" was informative & very helpful at check out.

My visit to the Austell store was good. Store was clean, associates were friendly and I went through the checkout line with no problems.

Kohls is doing it right. I only noticed Kohls after using their stores for Amazon returns. The 25% coupon on the Amazon return receipt is clever. First cue the leaders at the top are doing something right. Reeled me in to treat myself.
Prices are a bit high for the quality. Fortunately, there's a reward program, coupons emailed regularly, and usually sale.

The gems for me at this and Cobb Pkway locations I've visited during a COVID pandemic are their health safety precautions and continuity of stellar customer service from employees.

Plastic partitions in place, hand sanitizer throughout, and staff wiping carts (and credit card machine at the Cobb location). Store is clean, organized, and well-lit. The door foot opener and trash bins outside the restrooms were the cherry on top for me. Every detail thought through w/care. Way to go Kohls 👏🏼

The prices are a little high, but with my Kohl's cash and clearance sales, I've been getting good deals.

6/17/23 update: this stores layout has changed and it was a bit confusing on where to checkout. I was able tonfind what I needed and at a good price.

I only went in to do an Amazon return and this was the first time I was using Kohl's for that purpose. The line was quick,store was clean and the clerk was friendly and efficient! I usually use ups for this service but clicked the wrong button and now I'm glad for it. The line went much quicker at Kohl's than UPS and they gave me a $5 coupon. So I got some free candy :-). Update: it's also a lot easier to get in and out of the Kohl's parking than the UPS. I've gone a dozen times now and it's much easier!
