This store is the best especially is you have multiple kids. Boy one get one half off you can't beat that and you receive coupons as well. Been shopping here 5+ years.

I came in to buy my daughter some shoes for her winter dance and noticed they were having a bogo sale. I ended up getting two pairs of shoes one for me and hers were free. The cashier was nice and the location was clean and tidy. I’d come back again.

Why pay $200 for one pair of shoes when you can get 2 for that price and sometimes it’s less than that depending on the price of the shoe! Thanks RRS!!! I go in to get one pair of shoes and walk out with 4 pair! LOL With the BOGO 1/2 off 2nd pair, I end up with work shoes, casual loafers, Teva sport shoes and a new Croc walking shoe that has the look of a running shoe and big, open mesh top! I'll have comfortable feet for the rest of the year!

I came into Rack Room Shoes (Austell location) desperately searching for some work boots my husband requested (last minute) for Christmas. Completely stressed out and pressed for time, I was frantically going through the store searching for these must have work boots. Of course, I was unable to locate his size and color. “Maria” searched for me and informed me this location was out, but offered to call the Hiram location as she had found his size and color.

So I sighed and said ok I can go to Hiram. “Maria” made the call and after every obstacle possible that evening I made it to the Hiram location where the work boots were awaiting my purchase. The ladies at this location were pleasant as well. This was the best customer service I had received in a longtime (definitely during the Christmas shopping season). So thank you, thank you, thank you “Maria” Austell location and the other two ladies at the Hiram location for your impeccable customer service. Happy New Year!
