My seventy-year-old white father-in-law wanted the Space Jam shirt... So I had to get it for him... the customer service was amazing here I think I was getting on the girl with dreads nerves but her customer service paid off thank you shout out to Maya I know that's not spelled right

I always get great customer service from the store manager . I’m not sure of his name. I had problems with an in store order but the sales representative was very apologetic and and the manager followed up by ensuring my son received his shoes for the first day of school. I can say it starts with the leadership of the brand. Matt kudos to you . Your are doing a great job making sure all your managers in district are putting the customer first. I love hibbett sports because of the customer/staff connection and patience.

Can to find a quick outfit for one of my sons senior pic poses. The rep helped me, went in the back and got his size as it was not outfront, offered a matching tee, rung me, made me laugh and sent me on my way. Great location, great people.

Great place! They have alot better of a selection then either stores in Rome have. This will be my go to store now. Definitely recommend!

Sony was a great help! Needed new cleats in 24 hours. BOPIS worked out perfectly and we ended up buying a more expensive pair. We’ll be back to this location - the selection of shoes was great. Love that the mall crowd isn’t something to fight with.

Went here and bought some sneakers , I liked the tall guy that helped me out. His customer service was nice . I feel like the other women there saw me and instead of saying “hi” or w.e they stared at me like if that wasn’t creepy . If you not going to say anything to someone then just don’t look at them. . In my opinion, but overall the store has nice things and I will go back . #Recommend.

The staff was very helpful and kind, and this store has a great assortment of sneakers. It seemed as if there was a great variety of clothes, as well. We'll definitely return in the future!

I love this store it is always clean and the staff is super friendly. The only down side is the shoe selection has become very limited. It sucks because it's the closest one but I always end up driving to arbor place.
