Pita Pit

There are not many vegan options in Rapid City, so on my latest road trip, I was excited to try Pita Pit. I liked that they have several vegan options and they even list which sauces are vegan!

I ordered a seasoned falafel wrap and I thought it was amazing that you can choose up to 8 toppings! There was no extra charge for a wheat pita either. I added a mixture of veggies, olives, hummus, avocado and Buffalo sauce. The wrap was delicious, fresh and filling! I ordered ahead and it was made quick, ready in about 10 minutes.

Considering I was able to get a hearty wrap for only about $10, I’d say that a great deal for a fulfilling vegan lunch!

New in town and I go there every day. They have vegan options with beyond meat and falafel. They already know me by name and know my every-day-order 👍🏻 the new bowls are really tasty and healthy!

Just dropped in to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! Food was delicious and the girl behind the counter was super friendly and helpful when deciding our toppings for our gyro pitas. Will definitely be back!

An amazing change from burgers. The owner and worker were both amazingly friendly and helped us find something on their menu for each family member. I loved the Super Greek pita with some spice to it. My wife was able to enjoy her meal on a gluten-free flatbread. Having generous servings of vegetables in the pitas really helped us feel good after a day on the road.

We have been traveling and eating a lot of greasey food along the way. We are in town to visit and decided we wanted something fresh and different. Theresa was so kind and helpful! She gave me great recommendations on what went well with what, and was so friendly and great to talk to! She even blended my smoothie longer because I brought up how I don't like when they are too icey haha. Definitely recommend!

Great pitas with fresh veggies. All in all when I'm craving a massive mix of veggies with chicken, I head here and they have never disappointed. Worth a regular visit. Staff is great too, friendly, fun, and ready to help make recommendations when you want to mix it up.

We are visiting from Colorado and after a busy day of sightseeing in the Black Hills, we decided to stop at the Pita Pit in Rapid City. We had never been to one of these stores before and rate it five stars. The store is very clean, staff was very friendly and the food was wonderful. Portions are very generous and in fact we’re taking half of our very tasty sandwiches back to our RV for another meal!

Love this place, fresh high quality ingredients for pitas and salads as well!

I've always loved Pita Pit starting a few years ago in Sioux Falls. This place is great even when it is busy. The only downfall is the location makes it hard to find parking to get to the store. Other than that this is one of my favorite places to go eat!

I love coming here. The staff is great. The food always fresh. A nice combinations for vegetarians and meat eaters a like. Certainly a nice place to visit if you're uncertain or want something light, healthy, and on the go.

They catered a large event for us a few weeks back. Out of the three places that catered to us, they were by far the best! Their food was delicious and a huge hit, their prices were unbeatable, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend Pita Pit! They do an excellent job.

I was in town visiting Rapid City for the first time and I visited this restaurant twice because I loved it so much the first time (this was also my first visit to this entire chain pita restaurant). In short, I enjoyed the best pitas ever and experienced some of the most friendly service I've ever experienced. Easily, a perfect score, in my opinion.

I really like Pita Pit. Introduced by my wife, and I've been back now a few times. Not a fan of stupid downtown pay parking, but that's not Pita Pits fault. Always good food. I had the Thai Chicken this trip, and it was amazing.

Absolutely amazing. They told us it would be a little bit of a wait due to only having 2 workers and lots of orders but we weren't in a hurry so we stayed and the food was delicious.

The staff are professional and went the extra mile to accommodate my dietary restrictions and make me feel welcome. The food is fresh and quality. Put this place on your list if you haven't visited yet!

Seen it for years and wish I went sooner. Made fresh from steamed pita shells and freshly-chopped and grilled meat. Stuffed in the most meticulous way and TASTES GREAT!

I had the Super Greek w/ Schug (not spicy) and pop's had the Chicken Caeser. We were both thoroughly satisfied.

Second time eating here. Great Service! Totally enjoyed our meal. Young man working the counter greeted us in a very friendly manner. Got what we ordered in a timely manner.

I love how the avocado and hummus doesn't cost extra!! AND it's real avocado, not guacamole. The service is amazing, the food is fantastic, and I can't think of a better place to have a quick, healthy meal.
