DO NOT MISS THIS AMAZING PLACE ! These guys have some of the most incredible historic items - Michael Jackson's sequin glove, the original negatives from JFK's funeral, NASA Apollo mission negatives, a V2 rocket gyroscope, Pawnzi the worlds smallest dog, and a stack more. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and made it a most memorable experience.

Felt so comfortable talking to the gentleman helping me. He was more then willing to help and was so friendly!

Amazing customer service. When you're greeted when walking in, they make you feel extremely welcomed. Almost will always have something if you're looking for it, I always go here and I've never had any problems.

This was am amazing place to shop. I bought jewelry for my little lady and an amazing clock for myself. The gentlemen who helped me were very knowledgeable and friendly. They never tried to rush me, answered all my questions. I have never felt more comfortable shopping anywhere. We are planning another trip to South Dakota and will definitely be shopping there again. This place is awesome! I have had my watches worked on before. The employee Jason Park was great! He educated me on different watches and grades. He helped me understand what my warranty covered on my two watches! I cant say enough great things about this place. I will continue to give my business to this local company.

They had the firearm I have been looking for, for along time. I told them I was from out of state. They said "no problem! We'll ship it to your FFL!" 10 minutes later, I walked out with the receipt in my hand! Great people!

My husband and I have been purchasing anything from jewelry to collectibles from the Clock Shop as well as the Pawn shop for the past 6-7 years. I can't express enough how amazing the staff is. Ron was especially helpful with every purchase or inquiry we had. He was very knowledgeable of the history of items and very professional. I've had wonderful experiences with every staff member.... Chris, Trevor, Leif, Grant, Jason and Lisa! I highly recommend if you are looking for collectibles, jewelry, or just want to learn new things about history to stop by! I also love the fact that when a customer walks in the door you are attended to immediately without the pressure or pushiness like my past experiences with sales people. I always feel good when I leave knowing that they value my business and want to make everyone feel valued as a customer! I don't trust anyone more than I do these guys! I have purchased a new pistol and used shotgun here over the last 6 months. I am very satisfied overall, great customer service and professional atmosphere. I definitely will be shopping here again, plus they have a huge selection to pick from. If I had to pick an area for improvement for this business, it would be a more solid, interactive website. Would be nice to be able to navigate the products in stock, online. But like I said, they follow thru with helping the customers, awesome place!!

I can not say enough great things about Presidential Pawn. First is how beautiful this store is, so clean and well lit, very inviting. Second is the truly incredible selection of antique jewelry! I have traveled the western US extensively and this is by fare the best pawn shop with the biggest selection that I have ever come across... and did I mention the really fair prices?? This is one pawn shop I make sure to visit anytime I am near Rapid City. Definitely thankful to have found this gem!!

This is the absolute BEST place in town. Wonderfully helpful, great FAIR prices, and FUN to deal with. We have purchased an antique wedding band to go with a modern ring that gets many compliments and is one of a kind. We have also purchased a diamond for a purity ring from them. I have been going to Presidential Pawn for many years. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I can always find a good deal and the staff is always very knowledgeable and they will go the extra mile to ensure I have the items I need. On a recent visit Cory spent a substantial amount of time to help me with a special order and after receiving my order I cannot be more happy with my experience. If you are in the market for jewelry, guns, coins, or something else give these guys a shot first. They will not disappoint you.

Great jewelry selection!!! Huge selection of Black Hills Gold Rings (that my wife wanted and I bought) to diamond rings, necklaces, and turquoise. As she looked at that, I went over and looked at the vast gun collection! Yep, I spent some time there! They also have a Clock Shop and free "PAWNSEUM". Largest undisputed gold nugget in existence found in the black hills, Friendship 7 lens that John Glenn looked at earth through, to the "Worlds smallest dog?"....... Great place, with fun engaged staff! Awesome experience!

I wanted some information on a diamond ring and was promptly greeted and attended by a gentleman named Cory. He was the most informative of everyone I encountered today, after visiting three local jewelery stores. He was also very friendly and down to earth. Also worth noting, their collection of jewelry is sizable and you can tell they have a high standard for the quality and style of items they buy and sell. I’ll definitely be returning to shop there in the future.

Went in yesterday and sold some old coins and other antiques i had. They were very honest and helpful gave me fair offers on my items and overall I was very pleased with my experience! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! I have also bought jewelery for my wife here and they had very reasonable prices 10/10 would recomend to buy or sell items!

Our experience at Presidential Pawn was awesome! We walked in and instantly had a group of guys greeting us. We came in because we heard about a great deal on guns. Unfortunately, the last gun on sale had been sold, but they were able to work out the same deal with us. We highly recommend doing business with them!

The staff were awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly folks working there and they had a lot of cool stuff. Ask about the astronaut artifacts, it is very interesting! If you're in the area this is one place you definitely should visit.

I might live a sheltered life but this is the best pawn shop I have ever visited. Super friendly and helpful staff. Elegant presentation. Good deals can be made. I was shocked when I walked in the door honestly. I expected the typical rough staff and run down dirty unorganized pawn shop look that so many of these shops exhibit. This place is totally different. Fantastic!!

I have been going to presidential pawn for years. These guys are awesome. The jewelry is always nicely polished and the prices are great. They have a great selection of guns and seem to have lower prices than anyone else in town. Last but not least the employees are always nice and professional. Definately recommend next time youre downtown.

Some of the most interesting things to see in Rapid city. They even sell the world's rarest chocolate! Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. I even got a battery for my watch while we looked and the kiddos got some video games they were looking for. What a perfect experience!
