Black Hills Bagels

We have been staying in Rapid City for a little over a week and have passed by Black Hills Bagels a few times. Today we thought we'd stop in to try it. And we're so glad we did! We had excellent sandwiches (and a latte for me) and took a few bagels with cream cheese home for the morning. Wonderful, helpful service, too. Thank you!

Black hills bagels has been a staple in Rapid City, South Dakota. For a long time. They have dark Canyon coffee. Which is really, really good. They make all of their bagels there on take, and there are a, it's always very fresh. The ingredients they use are, we seem to be top-notch. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean.

And visiting Dunn's Brothers and Einstein Bagels (which is right across the street) this place hands-down is the better of them all!

I think they're awesome cream cheese options is what really made the bagel sandwich standout but wow, it was good! My wife and I both loved our food.
For 2 bagel sandwiches and a delicious 12 oz cappuccino, our bill was $30.

Got myself a hogs & chicks on a honey wheat bagel with a small coffee on the side as beverage. Delicious! There’s an Einstein Bagels across the street and it cannot live up to the measures of this breakfast sandwich I just had. Would choose this place before Einstein in a heart beat. The mood was super chill, staff was so friendly and nice, very clean and specious too! So glad we stopped in for a little breakfast meal!

We visited SoDak for vacation and not gonna lie, the first restaurant we tried was not good at all. So we were a bit nervous to try other foods, but Black Hills Bagels did NOT disappoint! It was so good! The servers were so kind and the bagel sandwiches were Fire. The smoothies and frappes are really good too!

Being born and raised in New York City, my bagel standards are usually pretty high 😂, but the bagels and coffee here are excellent. Service was friendly and welcoming, the food was on the table in no time. We’re here for a work assignment so we were looking for a place that was close and was quality. I can say that Black Hills Bagels checks those boxes! Safe to say we’ll be back for sure.

We love these bagels so much we went back twice during our visit! Lots of savory and sweet bagel flavors in addition to butter/cream cheese/other topping options. Slightly pricey, but worth the cost and wait. The employees were really nice too.

I love that they have tons of options to make your own sandwich! Also plenty of free street parking, cute area for waking around. Large inside plenty of space to hang out. Would come back for sure!

A must-go in Rapid City - they’re open nice & early, plus the cream cheese & bagel selection is unreal & so delicious. Came back a second day in a row for the westerner breakfast sandwich, which was incredible. Loved the caramel apple cider too, & everyone was so friendly & kind.

This is one of our favorite local businesses to support. The staff is always pleasant and the bagel sandwiches are always consistent and good! The coffee is provided by a local roaster and is never burnt either. They also have a wide bagel selection so you can get exactly what you want! We really enjoy the tomato basil and spinach parm bagels. My husband and I come here pretty often and I believe we will continue to do so well into the future ❤

My husband (boyfriend at that time) first visited here in 2000. And now, everytime we are in RC, BH Bagels is on our list. They are still as good as ever. The service is always great. I am so glad this little place has withstood the test of time and trendy places opening up around. We will definitely be back!!

We stopped in after a hike for some bagels, they are excellent! We tried the blueberry bagel, strawberry bagel, and took home a half dozen pumpkin bagels.
The service was quick, staff was friendly, everything was clean and smelled like wonderful fresh bagels. Can't wait to come back!

Stop here! Chain bagel place across the street was not good then we found this! Where the locals go!

Don’t be scared by the prices - the quality and taste is well worth it! Homemade cream cheese spreads with flavors you don’t see often (like honey whipped peanut butter!) and fresh tasting bagels is what you will find here.

Try the Amigo bagel with cheddar pepper cream cheese if you like some spice like me or a chocolate chip with peanut butter for a truly decadent experience.

Service here is excellent too - friendly service personnel that make even newbies like us feel welcome.

Absolutely delicious and fresh bagels with an amazing team behind the shop! The bagels are prepared with love and taste good. They have homemade cream cheese and you can also get sandwiches. We took an everything bagel with onions cream cheese and it was to die for. Would totally go back!

Stopped for an early breakfast! The bagels are always fresh and I love the variety of both bagels and cream cheese! Best in Rapid City!

Some of the best bagels I've had including NYC bagels. The variety of cream cheese is large and the two I've tried are very tasty, the bagels are soft and chewy with a crunchy crust, just perfect. Prices are low and the staff are nice and attentive, the place gets busy so expect to expect
