I got Delivery and mine was great fresh and still warm. I understand all the bad reviews but ths is the
First time i've ever ordered from here, me and my children loved it so much. We will order from here again. We did not have a bad experience. The only thing I could say is the strawberry pastry is not worth it. But the bagel breakfast was AMAZING

I Ordered a Blueberry Muffin, I’m telling you folks …. This muffin was moist, Delicious and oh so delicious! I’m going back that’s for sure ! Wow 😯 Call me Impressed!

The mocha latte was very good! Not to sweet which I like. I had the Nova Lok bagel and it was delicious. I felt like the bagel was a little tough but otherwise everything was amazing.

My wife and I both love this place. The farmhouse is my go to sandwich and their cold brew shakes are better than a Starbucks frappe. The staff have always been polite, friendly, and engaging, when when busy. Maybe some of the negative reviews here are from people who were being jerks to the staff?

Every time I come here it's a positive experience. The workers are always friendly and I honestly feel like family there even though I'm sure they don't recognize me. My bagel is always absolute perfection and if Texas Roadhouse and Japanese Steakhouse didn't exist, this would be my absolute favorite place9

This morning was rough- I found out some horrible news and was feeling very down. I went to Einstein’s to get some lunch afterwards and had excellent service. The ladies were very friendly, one of them gave me a compliment and another asked if I wanted a pup cup after seeing my dog in the back seat. The little things can really make a difference. Great food and drinks, & great people!

Really liked the cinnamon and raisin bagel. It went well with my mahogany coffee!

My husband and I stopped here coming through South Dakota. Best brisket bagel ever! I give a 10 out of 5 stars. If you're ever in Rapid City you need to stop in. Get there early so you can get your hands on a churro donut.

I've been waiting 5 years for Caribou Coffee to finally return to Rapid City, and it was NOT a disappointment! Even with a grand opening with over 60 people in front of me in line, I was able to order and have my coffee in hand in less than 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly, the wi-fi reliable, and plenty of seating. So glad to have this in our community once again!

I'm in town for a wedding, my SO and I have stopped here for breakfast every day. The service is quick, accurate, and very friendly however the real shining star of Coffee & Bagels is the Coffee and Bagels. Try the farmhouse with the jalapeño cheddar bagel it's out of this world good.

We've only had one issue where our sandwiches were wrong so we waited and they came out wrong again. Luckily, my husband went inside and got it all figured out and we left with the right sandwiches. Other than that the food and drinks are always good. And the staff is apologetic if it takes awhile through drive thru.

Delicious! The coffee is always hot and fresh. The bagels are my favorite in town. Fast, friendly, and fresh. I wish they had two locations so I wouldn't have to drive so far.

All the employees are always so friendly and courteous I get an instant mood boost everytime I'm here! The food and coffee is always delicious to boot, definitely my favorite coffee place in Rapid.

The place is excellent. The bagels and service are extremely good. Don't mind the one-star reviews; they're the last gasp of resistance from a nearby local bagel shop who for many years has gouged its customers on price and provided the worst customer service in town - and is finally paying the price with customers lost to Einstein.

Service and food outstanding. Will go back. Went there on 22 apr 2022 and they DO NOT have decaf coffee and don,t know if they will. My wife MUST have it. So, we won,t be back till they do.

I love this place. It is my first coffee place I stop at. I don't go much cause they close at 7pm. When r they gonna stay open longer for summer hrs. I am having to go to starbucks since they r not open for summer hrs. What a shame.
