Rory Sturm, Is now going to be my go to Real Estate agent. I came across him through a Zillow ad he is easy to communicate with he listened to my wants and while the property I originally wanted to look at I didn't get he showed some others one of which we bought...I'm extremely happy with this property and the service I got working with Rory has been a pleasure and I will use him again!

Rory Sturm was my real estate agent and I cannot say enough good things about him! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He always made time to show me any homes I was interested in. I would send him multiple listings at a time and that same day he showed me those homes. What I respect so much about Rory is how genuine he is. His main priority is the satisfaction of his clients and his work ethic definitely shows that. He never stopped trying to find the perfect home for me. He went above and beyond sending me listings he searched in his own spare time that he thought I’d be interested in. Rory made the whole home buying process so smooth and kept me informed every step of they way while I was out of state. After closing, Rory still checks in with me to this day to make sure everything with the home is going well. Fantastic Realtor! We used Jessica to sell our home and she made the process a breeze. Jessica is very personable and extremely responsive. She provided great referrals for us to get a few things taken care of before listing which was super helpful. For the listing, she came in with a professional photographer and staged the house beautifully. The photos really blew us away and she put together a really nice listing that perfectly captured our home. In terms of pricing strategy, she was very helpful analyzing the market and coming up with a list price to generate multiple competitive offers. We ended up selling above list price, which we were thrilled with. We’ve worked with a number of realtors in the past, and Jessica is by far the best we’ve worked with. We’ll definitely use her again if we get the chance to move back to Rapid City and will absolutely be recommending her to our family and friends.

Rory helped us navigate a very tough market, even managing to find us a perfect home that was not yet on the market.
