Disappointed on this ATM here and I'd thought I could choose my own bills as stated on the ATM screen but only puts out twenty's no matter how I tried to get small bills. Dumb to have this when all it gives are twenty's

If anyone has options don’t get any accounts on US Bank, it has terrible policy that holds new account’s deposited checks for 5 business day, I totally understand that holding first check for 5 business days, but second one also and I’m not sure how about the third one. Those are my paychecks, That means US bank hold my ability for paying the rental, buying the food and gas……..
If it still holds my third paycheck, I will F it in person on local branch

A banker named Christine complained about me to another employee when I was within ear shot. For reference, this occurred on 5/18/2021 at 1:20pm. If you want to complain about customers, do it in the break room. I'm closing my account after 11 years of business.

You have to call to make an appointment to see someone so I did. I got someone’s voicemail so I left my information. When I did not hear from the bank by 11 the next day I called back and got an apology and an option of 3:00 that day, Friday, or something Monday. Not very customer centric at all.

They took money out of my account claiming it’s a fee from a policy change they didn’t inform me about and I waited over 30 mins to talk to someone who never came to talk to me. Horrible service will be changing banks.

They’ve always been rude and snotty when we go to pay our rent! They keep having “problems” with the amounts of money we give them and telling us that its “too much” and we’re NOT allowed to put that much money in to one account!??!?! Hoooow tf does that work!??? I don’t like their attitudes ever! and our landlord even added us to the account so we could put our rent in their account so there shoulda not’ve been any problems afterwards...... but NO! STILL SNOTTY/SNOBBY ATTITUDES NO MATTER HOW ALL SMILEY, HAPPY AND OR COOPERATIVE WE START OUR DAY AND HAVE TO COME IN TO THEM! WE ALWAYS LEAVE UPSET AND WITH MORE THAN A FEW CHOICE THOUGHTS/WORDS OF DISGUST AS WE’RE WALKING BACKS TO OUR CAR! How do people get to think that it’s okay to treat people like something they stepped in and now have to scrape from off the bottom of their shoes!?? IIIIIIIIIII’MMM SO GLAD...... DOWNRIGHT ECSTATIC EVEN! FOR MY AWESOMELY AMAZING AND KIND PEOPLE AT OUR WELLS FARGO BANKS ALL THESE YEARS AND THANKFUL THAT I ONLY HAVE TO DEAL WITH USBANK ONCE A MONTH, JUST LONG ENOUGH TO PAY FOR THE RENT! I went into the branch in July to close my account and today I received a paper statement in the mail including a fee. On hold for over an hour and it still isn't resolved. What a joke

9:30am - 4 pm get real. How are we supposed to use your bank.
