Smoke Black Mountain

We ordered a Smokehouse Poutine and smoked olives. The poutine is curly fries (the best fries than I have ever tasted) and pulled pork, beer cheese sauce. The olives were a surprise for me, an incredible flavor! I recommend it. A great visit if you are around Black Mountain.

Smoke offers a delicious menu which is surprising better than delicious! The brewery was also full of surprise taste, all great! Fur babies of all sizes welcome!

Hands down best smoked brisket chili I’ve ever had. Drove from Marshall to Black Mountain the second day just to have it again. Wings were also bomb. Owner is super personable and friendly.

The smell as you approach Smoke is the perfect start to deliciousness. Highly recommend their take on poutine. The curly fries are a great balance of crispiness and softness and the mixture of flavors is fabulous!

Outstanding smoked BBQ menu connected to an incredibly good brewery in downtown Black Mountain. We visited several times over our vacation and brought the girls to lunch on a Friday. Its a really neat venue with plenty of outdoor seating that is covered. The Poutine was worth every penny!

Top notch BBQ!! Comfy atmosphere! Pit master is knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. Got some tasty brew from the attached brewery! If you're traveling through Black Mnt be sure and stop by for a treat. Oh and don't forget the smoked deviled eggs!!!

Terrific food. We had the smoked olive appetizer, shrimp po-boy, brisket panini, and smoked portobello mushroom panini. Perfectly prepared and great beer from the Black Mountain Brewing Company!

I've gotten the smoked brisket sandwich and the poutine (smoked pork, cheese whiz, onions, and peppers). I've also gotten their pilsner in a 22oz mug for 6 bucks. It's a good deal on food and beer.

I decided to try out the Smoke Black Mountain food truck while grabbing a beer at Black Mountain Brewing. Everything on their menu sounded amazing and they had a wide range of food; especially for a food truck. I ended up just getting curly fries as a snack and they were great! They had that amazing curly fry taste that normal fries don't have. I highly recommend and would definitely try a full meal next time!

Had the most amazing jelly donut sour here. So good that I bought a growler to take home to Atlanta with me! There was a BBQ food truck out back that was a bit pricy for what you got but was on point taste wise. If I lived nearby this would definitely become one of my haunts for sure.

This place has an absolute amazing hidden gem. The food was amazing. They seating area was so peaceful and clean. Absolutely no complaints. Staff was amazing

Absolutely delicious. The smoked olives are a fantastic idea and must be tried if you like olives. High quality smoking. A bit pricey, but servings are plenty and the flavor and texture and smoke are all spot on. Poutine makes a good treat for two.

Excellent smoked sandwiches. Had the smoked lobster roll n it was awesome! I'm from Rhode Island n I know lobster in all it's forms from Main to Connecticut; Smoke Black Mountains is in top 5 ever. Had the Helles beer n it was very nice.

Get the shrimp po boy and the routine. Thank me later. Outstanding.

Fantastic experience. Ridiculously bangin paninis and loaded fries with a lovely local brewery available. Even if you’re just looking for food, Smoke got some of the best either side of the Mississippi. Check this place out. Their brisket panini was immaculate, top tier, just an absolute blessing.

To whom posted the review about the Lobster Roll being cold. They are served cold, kept in a refrigerator and then made. Also lobster is very expensive, if you didn’t know lobster comes from the ocean. The ocean is far away from here, they can’t walk that far. I’ve had the Brisket poutine which is delicious and with how it’s put together it’s impossible to be dry. Prep, cooking, and plating is very time consuming because it’s done with care and love. So “boo” this woman, and thank you Smoke! Black Mountain appreciates and supports you!

Seriously an excellent food truck, gourmet food with a ton of variety. (Duck, BBQ, and more?!) You can absolutely tell that the owner put a lot of effort into the food and business. Looking forward to seeing it grow, and coming back for a Black Mtn brewery beer & some food!

Food truck in the back of the brewery. We got a pork panini, poutine, and smoked olives. Everything was great. The poutine was our favorite. I highly recommend. Prices are reasonable for these items.

OMG! So good! We were in town for the weekend and stopped in twice. We shared meals and over ordered just so we could try it all. If we were local I guarantee we’d be regulars. Thanks Shawn for great food and service!!
