I use this UPS Store routinely for many of my shipping/receiving needs. I can honestly say they're one of the best in terms of friendliness and quick/efficient service. The staff are helpful and very fast to get you in, out, and back to your daily activities. Being able to easily return packages with just a quick scan has been a life saver for my family. Thank you UPS Black Mountain.

Our family was on vacation in Black Mountain when we got news that a buyer was ready to close on our boat for sale back in Texas. This UPS store made the sale possible by printing our closing documents, notarizing our signatures, and overnight shipping several doc packs to different addresses. We even had a package that was required to ship Fed-Ex and they were happy to help us with that as well. I could not ask for more friendly or competent service.

Sometimes busy because it is the only one in town, but the staff is always super friendly, patient, and always super helpful.
