Has just about everything you need and more for house hood goods. Friendly and clean atmosphere, everything well organized, and pricing is reasonable. Definitely will return for future visits

I find the staff very helpful! The pharmacist, Allison, has been great! It’s a very busy location, so sometimes the pharmacy feels a bit rushed, but I’ve been going there for 7 years, and I’m consistently pleased.

Absolutely outstanding staff and pharmacist, Allison. Fully and completely answers questions and will go above and beyond to accommodate. Apparently the folks who left bad reviews have no idea what goes on in healthcare, especially to those writing prescriptions and filling prescriptions.

So attentive and helpful front of the store and management, but the one he really gets a 10-STAR rating is Allison, the Pharmacist: For patient care above and
beyond expectations!

I have used CVS in Black Mountain for years. They are never rude. I have stood in line and heard rude customers but the staff are always polite and go out of their way to be helpful. It’s a busy place, we need to be patient and express a little gratitude for the help we receive from these folks.

I ordered some picture magnets online and paid for it prior to pick-up. When I got there the lady had informed me that they were out and she had to grab some off the shelf but they were a bit bigger and didn't allign with the pictures. I asked if I could get a discount since they didn't look how they should and she offered one. She wasn't aware that I paid online and I also didn't have a cvs card so she offered me another solution. She went over and beyond to make up for the difference and I really appreciated her effort to make my Father's Day gifts special. I dont know her name but she has been there a while and I think she is the manager.

Also, the older lady working the register is always very kind.

I just moved to the US from overseas, and a prescription from a doctor overseas turned out to be extremely expensive in the US. Also, with the pandemic I had trouble getting an appointment with any doctor unless it was an emergency. The staff at the pharmacy CVS Black Mountain worked with the doctor to find a suitable replacement at a decent price for me. The staff of the pharmacy went over and beyond to help out a customer! CVS in Black Mountain is great. It is well stocked to meet the needs of many. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The pharmacy staff is awesome!

While on vacation I needed to fill a prescription so I came to this Black Mountain CVS location. All the pharmacy staff was wonderful but Mary went out of her way to jump through the insurance hurtles and transfer issues. CVS is lucky to have such a wonderful staff working for them.

Helpful staff found my prescription. While traveling i needed to fill my son's meds. This CVS did not have what we needex and couldn't get the order until Monday (too late). The pharmacist called a number of nearby CVS stores and called us back with a workable location in N. Ashville. Great customer service.

I've had good service from the CVS pharmacy in black mountain NC they are friendly and helpful. They have never been rude the pharmacy staff are wonderful people.I wouldn't shop any where else.

Allison went out of her way to help me get a very expensive drug approved for free using a drug company coupon.

Amanda and the staff there are always helpful and flexible with us being in BM months at a time the leaving again. Helpful, courteous and accommodating, they are the best.
