We had an excellent experience with Phinney Ridge Painting! Our older, cedar-sided house needed an exterior paint job. Along with some minor carpentry and gutter work. PRP was very helpful and professional from estimate at start to final walk-thru at end. It was great to have a project manager. Israel was super responsive to every request, question, concern. Painting crews were punctual, organized, neat, friendly and did excellent work. The paint job turned out wonderfully. We are 100% happy and fully recommend PRP!

Phinney Ridge painting did a wonderful job on repainting the main portion of my interior. From the bidding process with Ned to the excellent professional painting of Falco, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. They were careful, paid attention to detail, and the results were outstanding.

At the recommendation of our interior designer/stylist we hired Phinney Ridge Painting to paint the interior of our house. I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with them. When we had them out to quote, Ned came over and spent as much time as we needed to walk through the entire house, talk about what we wanted to do, and even helped make some recommendations to us. From the very beginning, he inspired a lot of confidence in the company. We ultimately decided to have them do our trim, walls, and ceiling. The crew they had do the painting was outstanding and extremely professional. They showed up on time every day, worked full days every day, and were so respectful of our house. They cleaned up every evening before going home and when they were working on our kitchen even made sure that we could get access to it every night. We couldn't be happier with the end result. They went way beyond just applying a new coat of paint to everything - every single imperfection in the walls/trim/ceiling was patched and fixed.

We had such a great experience with painting that we plan to use them for a few carpentry jobs here in the near future.

Just wrapped an interior paint job done by the crew at PRP of our Ballard bungalow. Involved stripping two layers of wallpaper, skim-coating, then priming and painting. Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong. Couldn't find anything! Highly recommend PRP.

Phinney Ridge just finished up painting our entire first floor and front and back doors. The painter, Falco, did an outstanding job - it all looks great and he was very professional, amazingly efficient, and a pleasure to work with and have in our house. We would not hesitate in recommending Phinney Ridge (and Falco!) for paint work.

We hired Phinney Ridge to paint our home. Unfortunately, our second story balcony was found to be rotten and had to be rebuilt before the house could be painted. Both jobs are now complete and we are very pleased with the results. The painting crew led by Sebastian and the carpentry crew led by Julio were professional and talented. When there were questions or concerns they were quickly addressed. We plan to use them in the future.

We've used them twice now for interior painting -- the first was one bedroom, as kind of a test, and just recently we've had them do our whole first floor. Both times they've done an excellent job, and it's amazing how fast they work.

What impressed us most about Phinney Ridge Painting was how well they communicated during the entire process. Every question was answered quickly and they were excellent about contacting us about any changes in schedule. The paint looks great, too!

We own an old house in Seattle and hired Phinney Ridge to repaint it and restore siding. Nik, their co-founder took his time to explain how their restoration process is different and walked us through all the stages.

Their team was responsive, attentive to detail, always showed up on time and delivered quality work, including tricky deck and siding repairs.

I had a fantastic experience with Phinney Ridge Painting. We had new windows installed that needed the inside wood stained and varnished to match the 1920’s trim from the original windows, plus the inside and outside trim painted for the other vinyl windows installed. Luis was excellent to work with and did precision work. I also appreciate that they were very clean in the workspaces. Would return to them for future work!

Phinney Ridge Painting did an amazing job on my home. Our 1961 home had not been painted in decades and after a lot of professionally executed hard work it looks brand new. Also, they do a really excellent job of keeping you informed and supported through the whole process. I would not go anywhere else for my painting needs.

Phinney Ridge Painting just finished painting most of the interior of our house. The did a great job. They were very careful about everything they did. They prepped extremely well (a timely endeavor), protected property very well, painted carefully. And inspected the work repeatedly. No shortcuts. Stanley, the lead, was professional, worked hard (but not hurriedly), supervised the work of the other painters well and was friendly. Even the use of color consultants was very helpful. One of the best painting jobs we've ever had.

Phinney Ridge did a phenomenal job restoring our historic house with comprehensive carpentry and painting work. I had been looking for a painter that could do the house justice, and after talking to half a dozen painters, Phinney Ridge was the first one that I felt confident could do the job. And they absolutely delivered!

They were very professional and excellent to work with at each stage in the process, starting with Nik at the beginning, to the supervisors along the way, and the crew that was doing the work.

We used Phinney Ridge Painting for a bunch of carpentry projects around our house from door shaving (9 doors in total) to rebuilding our small back deck to a railing on our front porch. The project ended up being way larger than expected (we found out the back deck was almost entirely rotted out) and the crew was able to adjust as necessary and get all of the work done. The crew was great (especially Thomas and David) and I highly recommend using them if you've got a big or small carpentry project on your hands.

Phinney Ridge painted the exterior of our 1930 Tudor and we would highly recommend them. Stanley led the team of painters and ensured that we had a great experience - everyone was friendly and professional. Stanley really listened to our needs and worked to accommodate our requests and also offered advice. We ended up changing a decision on a color for a door after the first coat was painted already (totally on us) and the team couldn't have been nicer about it. Our house, in classic Seattle old house style, is on top of some steep steps, in very rough baseline shape, and not the easiest to paint in the heat of summer, but they did a great job. We've had nearby general contractors for neighbors come by and compliment the work, saying that it was done right.
