La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces Mesilla Valley

This location was a great experience. The staff is friendly. The location is good and the rooms were nice. The staff is very personable and friendly.

I’ve stayed at many La Quinta and this is one of the best ones.

Stayed there two nights. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Front desk staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay by a day. Service would be five stars for sure except that their breakfast was not available. No worries, would stay there again. Note that there is another La Quinta across the road. This was the one next to the McDonald’s.

This is the third time I have visited this hotel and I absolutely love it. The prices are great the room always clean and the staff are amazing. In particular the man who works at the front desk Albert. I always look forward to his welcoming smile. He is professional and just so sweet. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

Our room was clean, well maintained and comfortable plus the location of our room in the hotel was ideal. I think the air conditioning and heater were new

Staff is friendly and accommodating we needed extra towels and they had them delivered right away Our lights were flickering and they fixed it right away

The prices are very reasonable we came for one night and stayed for three more the location is convenient and we spent our days exploring the sights in and out of Las Cruces you must visit White Sands National Park while here it’s fantastic.
The negatives are the common areas they are being renovated and rough if you enjoy hanging out in the lobby you will be disappointed
Breakfast is not going to happen here so be warned not even coffee
Otherwise you can’t beat this hotel in this price range and location

Driving from phoenix to Tampa and stayed here on night 1. Albert took great care of me on short notice. The hotel is clean and I slept like the dead. Much needed on this trip

I appreciate how this hotel is on top of their job as a WHOLE……….the staff are attentive and friendly especially Albert. I like how whenever me and my family come in town the floors are mopped and the rooms are sweeped. Housekeepers stay in the hallways constantly working so I definitely like anyone else appreciate the cleanliness. This will ALWAYS be my go to hotel when I come in town. Thank you

The front desk clerk Albert was very attentive to my needs, I was checked in promptly after traveling long hours and was ready to rest. Albert's attitude was quite refreshing after such a long day, would definitely recommend this hotel anytime. Hotel was well kept

I have stayed here many a time with no issues, this visit sadly however was VERY different. I checked in for 2 nites, they gave me a room right next to a building entrance (that was jammed open) which they assured me the would close tight at 10pm. NOT, came in after 11:00 and door still jammed open. The room they gave me reeked of pet urine, I perfumed my top sheet to try to sleep as they had no other room avail at the time. Miserable nite to say the least. They did give me another room at approx 2:30pm next day (with adjoining room access, which I luckily have a special security lock key for). Whole place need to be re-carpeted foyers and room carpets are disgusting. They seem to have an on site homeless guy with a pass key to the building (I witnessed him using pass key to get in at adjoining building), he sits at stairwells and inside entrance doors. Definitely not a safe feeling environment. This is no comparison to the La Quinta in Lubbock, TX, which seemed plush compared to this. Corporate needs to send those guys here!

We booked the wrong date and he helped us fix the situation so we can get some much needed rest from our road trip!!

This hotel is not a Marriott but it's a good hotel very comfortable, family friendly, pet friendly. And the staff if so awesome. It's making its way back to the top so I would definitely recommend to anybody. It's worth the money.

Stayed here one night while traveling. Room was very clean. The remote didn't work and they immediately fixed the problem. Felt safe. My car was safe in the parking lot as well. Overall nice place to stop.

I have read a lot of mixed reviews. Here's what you need to know:
1) Masks are required inside common areas, so if you don't like that, go stay somewhere else.
2) Rooms are clean, with clean sheets, and clean towels. The common areas in the Annex could be cleaner, mostly just needed a vacuum, but didn't impact my stay at all.
3) Staff were nice, and got the job done.
4) Breakfast was good, and basic. I love me a good waffle machine!
5) I didn't hear any road noise or other noise the entire night, and I was there over NYE. It was quiet and peaceful.

For what you get, and the price point, you should not have higher expectations.

Their customer service is truly above and beyond! I had a phone charging issue (not a cord issue) and he was able to find a solution for me. My room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly as well. I'll go back to this location in a heartbeat! 🙂

Awesome service at front desk from albert and nd very nice rooms

Been staying here for a little bit now and I must say that having a family(with young,loud,and energetic kids)in a hotel is rough and sometimes ain't accepted by many places but here at la quinta they are always so understanding and very welcoming. Sure the place needs a Lil tlc but it's a work in progress and the staff is always every nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!
