Craig helped my husband and me find our first rental property in Austin. He was referred to by our realtor back in California.

He is really the perfect realtor: responsive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very hard working!

Craig responded to me within an hour after I sent him the first email, he then initiated a call to understand what we were looking for as investors. We then flew to Austin and Craig spent a day with us educating us about the market, and taking us to see multiple homes in different areas. It really helped us to get some ideas on what the areas were like.

During the process, Craig gave very good suggestions on what terms to make on the offers (given the market was very hot and moving up very fast). He then very quickly helped us win a property!
