We bought our 1975 wagon from Buddy and it was a really wonderful experience. I was surprised they had Workhorse smokers as I was looking at ordering one from the manufacturer but the wait was months. I also looked at, and really wanted, a Mill Scale 94 Gallon but for the money the 1975 has the same build quality and way more features for basically the same price. It has the wagon base so it’s very portable which allows me to take it to cookoffs or move it around the yard. Knowing what I wanted, I went up to check it out in person and Buddy came out and showed me some features I hadn’t looked at. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they were a huge help loading it up when I picked it up. I’ll definitely shop at BBQ Outfitters again as they have a huge array of products and are so helpful.

Just bought a Halo 3B griddle. The whole experience has been great. From the assistance, purchase and pick up with Derek, to just now with the house call gas converter kit installation with Nol. This is my second grill purchase from BBQ Outfitters. Thank y’all!

Derek helped me out today and my experience was excellent. I mishandled my Big Green Egg — it tipped over and bent up the hinge assembly, bands, and handle. Derek hooked me up with a new hinge / bands assembly, and my 15 year old BGE is now as good as new! Better than new, really, as the new version of the hinge is a much better design than the original!

Buddy at BBQ Outfitters was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. He helped me find the grill based on our needs quickly and assisted us in getting the best deal. I will work with him again.

I worked with Buddy at BBQ Outfitters to find the perfect bbq for my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the DCS Series 9 36” that I was interested in. He spent time answering all my questions and didn’t rush me. Before I left, he provided me with a brochure and several quotes with no pressure to purchase on the spot.

Ben and Nol came out to install the bbq and were completely professional and knowledgeable about the installation. They were quick to install the bbq and cabinet. Their work looks excellent!

I was extremely pleased with the purchase of my grill, drawer set, and all the accessories from BBQ Outfitters on 620. I’m not the easiest to please and often have MANY questions about products and all the different features on them. Being that it was my first outdoor kitchen I had a whole lot.

Derek was my sales person and he answered all of my questions…even the ones that may have been able to fit in the “dumb question” category despite me showing up in my dirty work clothes from working outside. He showed me the utmost respect and was a pleasure to deal with.

I work for myself in the very high end custom home building industry and wouldn’t have any problem recommending Derek and BBQ Outfitters to any of my customers or anyone in between as they have really nice grills for all price ranges. Definitely a lot better than a Home Depot or Academy grill for sure. They also have anything else you can think of for grills.

Needed to replace a 13 yr old grill and stopped in. Justin is a great salesperson who promptly provided a number of choices and knew his product well, explaining the differences. If you’re looking for a quality product this is the place to go!
