Endeavor Physical Therapy (Austin Four Points)

My first impression of Endeavor was formed upon my encounter with Sherie, the receptionist. She was very pleasant and most helpful to accommodate my needs.
Then I met my therapist, Hilda—Hilda was fantastic. I was in such pain that I couldn’t understand. I couldn’t walk upstairs, couldn’t sit. I could only be comfortable lying down after spinal
decompression.
I was at the point where I thought that was how I would spend the rest of my days.
Hilda listened, identified the issue and began the appropriate therapy to alleviate the pain.
She explained every exercise we did and why. She told me how to sleep, explained the things that stressed my spine and just shared great, helpful
information.
I have exercises that I am able to do at home. And I feel like a new woman!
Hilda was on the journey with me and as I felt better, she was extremely encouraging.
I highly recommend Endeavor to anyone needing physical therapy.

Endeavor PT is our go-to for PT. The locations are convenient. Scheduling is very easy. The Therapists are knowledgable and listen to the patients. Would recommend to anyone needing PT services.

Hilda is really professional and kind. She helped me a lot with my lower back pain, knee problems and posture issues. She is also very warm-hearted and considerate. She gave me instructions patiently and professionally. And the front desk staff is also very welcoming. I really enjoy the time there, both mentally and physically.

I had a lot of back pain from carrying and birthing twins. I went for a month of dry needling sessions - and it’s been a huge difference in my quality of life! I highly recommend this place. I had Stephan Miller as my PT and he was attentive, considerate, funny and highly skilled. From the looks of it, however, everyone in that facility seems very good.

The Endeavor staff is professional, efficient, and personable. My therapist Hilda helped me recover quickly after an ACL reconstruction surgery. More than a progression of exercises, Hilda me understand how each post-op exercise lead to full range of motion, full stability, pain free, and back to full strength. (Yes, you still need to do all of the given exercises, but Endeavor will give you the best chance for success.) Charea manages the front office, handles all of the paperwork and makes scheduling easy. I would encourage anyone considering physical therapy to give Endeavor at Four Points a try.

The staff and facilities at Endeavor are first rate. My rehab sessions for total knee replacement were effective in strengthening my knee and improving my mobility with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend Endeavor to anyone seeking therapy for injuries or for recovery from surgery.

Excellent care. Diane knows her stuff and was very good at explaining all the exercises to me. The front office staff was super friendly. I would recommend Diane and Endeavor to everyone.

Been using Endeavor for some time due to age and follow up for rotator cuff, knee replacement, hip replacement and weakness in joints from arthritis.
Diane is well educated and is very concerned about the patients that are under her rehabilitation.
I have a shoulder replacement in a week and she has already reached out to my surgeon at Leagacy Orthopedic. Complicated by with the discovery of afib and having a heart cardio version to reset my heart by my cardiologist team.
Now going forward with the shoulder as it had been repaired once got infected and then with a third repair about 6 years ago finally arthritis did it’s number and I need a reverse shoulder replacement.
So it goes .

Emily was a great help and support all through my journey at Endeavour in getting back my left arm functionality after my fracture.She personalised all the exercises according to my needs. All the staff were very sweet and helpful.
Overall a very happy experience.

As part of recovery from having my knee replaced I have been using Endeavor Physical Therapy - Four Points. More specifically, the physical therapist who has been treating me there is Stephan Miller. With his therapy and guidance I am doing quite well and have recovered most of my knee capability, strength and balance. Stephan assesses your individual needs and then puts together a set of exercises to remedy any shortcomings which he supervises. My recovery has been rapid and I am happy with my treatment and progress.

The newer physical therapist at four points, I think her name is Hilda, does a great job. After just 3 sessions on my shoulder I am doing so much better.

Diane is such a knowledgeable and professional PT. She makes you feel so comfortable and safe in the knowledge that you can trust her with your rehab. She has helped me so much with my patella dislocation and has in the past treated my husband with a sports injury. Her success rate with our injuries, as an active family, speaks volumes and I would highly recommend her and Endeavor Rehab Centre Four Points.

I am very happy with the course of physical therapy provided for me by Stephan at Endeavor Physical Therapy at Four Points. He is very professional and very efficient. I came to him just two weeks after a total hip replacement, and after two months of therapy I had great mobility and strength. Stephan gives you his undivided attention and challenges you to work hard. It was a great experience.

This is a wonderful clinic. The staff are helpful & organized. Diane was my PT for post-surgery rehab and I couldn’t have received more skilled treatment. Recently I had occasion to need treatment for a more minor back pain and she helped me correct that problem quickly. Highly recommend Endeavor and Diane.

For some of us, it's hard to ask for, or accept, help -- especially when you're in pain. Somehow, the team at Endeavor makes it much easier to get the help you need. With their professionalism, expertise, and caring personalities, these folks make you feel welcome and accepted -- and on top of that, they'll make you laugh so much you forget that it hurts!

I've worked with Stephan for two different issues, and I cannot recommend him enough. With a brilliant balance of medical professionalism and personal banter, Stephan always manages to put me at ease and trust the process so I can heal.

The level of personal care you receive at Endeavor is miles above what you could reasonably expect, and they'll make you feel like part of the family. Skip the others, and come straight to Endeavor; you'll be glad you did!

I went to Diane for some hip and lower back issues. She was highly knowledgeable and capable for the diagnosis. The one on one therapy was extremely helpful. I will definitely go to her for my next surgery coming up. I highly recommend this place for any PT work.
