Dilettante Mocha Café at Sea-Tac Central Terminal

On a very busy travel day the woman who took my order was friendly, cheery and efficient. She guided me through the options for my drink ( they whip their own cream on the premises -- good to know!) and my name was called in very short order. Both hubby and I thought it was perfect: hot, not too sweet, good dark coffee taste with that kiss of chocolate, plus the fresh non-fake whip! About $8 for a 20 oz not too scandalous for airport pricing in 2023. Kudos!

Service was fast mochas we’re half w sweet with whip and good. It wasn’t a strong bean espresso but it was still good-Was smooth. OPEN 24 hours! Yes please and thank you.

OMG! This is seriously the best signature white mocha I’ve ever had! Yummmmm. I just took one sip and rushed onto google to give a review. It’s so creamy and rich. It beats Starbucks by a long shot. I’m so glad I decided to check this place out before leaving the airport. I didn’t get any food but they have an assortment or premade sandwiches, bagels, croissants, yogurt, cold drinks, pastries and chocolates. Definitely worth checking them out while you’re coming or going from your flight!

my #1 place to camp out at the seattle airport! the sitting area is pretty clean, plenty of outlets, and not so busy after about 10pm. i always come here for my long layovers! the coffee is good and the chocolate is better! staff is always kind and will make conversation.

Great smelling coffee made with fresh coffee beans. Excellent service that is fast despite the long queues. Feels like the best cafeteria in SeaTac.

Wow I think this is for sure one of the best Mocha's I've ever tasted! I never write airport food/drink reviews except to complain lol. But this beverage was worth pulling my phone out for (who are we kidding, I already had my phone out but you get what I mean!). I had mine modified to oatmilk and the semidark and not the extreme dark for less bitterness and it is so yummy. I'm going to get it anytime I pass through this airport! Also a super lovely musician was playing guitar and singing right by the place. Lovely way to wait for my extra delayed ride that was picking me up 1.5 hours after landing.

The Dark Chocolate Mocha was SOO good! A great treat while waiting for our flight. It wasn't to sweet, and I didn't have to change the ammount of sweetness (which rarely happens). Great customer service, would have again!

Got a mocha from here and it was decent and actually pretty cheap for airport coffee (around $5-6 for a mocha!) Anyway, would love to come back again whenever I'm at SEATAC

Most coffee in North America is atrocious. But this was actually really good coffee, and the people there were really nice. I ordered a short latte. Great Job!

LOOKS GOOD ! My wife and I had a 6 hour layover at Seattle Airport, WA enroute to Paris from California. We were tempted to buy lattes here but ended up having lunch at Salty's at the SEA...including well made lattes !

Great selection of tasty goods and great coffee. One point, however is that their drip coffee is an Americano. On my outbound I got it and thought it was and again today I ordered drip and overheard the barista saying it was an americano and I clarified that I wanted drip. They were gracious to refuse the difference due to the communication issue. Great way to save a customer and provide top notch service. Thank you!!!

The best Turkish coffee ( in Seattle lol) and the breakfast sandwich is perfect!

I often say don't order a hot chocolate at a coffee place. I stand corrected with this place!! They use liquid chocolate to obtain the cacao percentage you desire. I had the dark chocolate 63% and it was incredible.
I will not pass through Seattle without a hot chocolate from now on!

Great service! They have decaf and no cal sweetener as well. Starbucks didn't. So Dil wins! My new goto in Seattle Airport

I ordered a small Mexican mocha and asked them to use their extra dark chocolate with no added sugar. It was excellent! They had no problem making it in an 8 oz size instead of their standard 12 oz Tall.
I love that they specialize in different variations on chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate.

Great crew and great service - note to GM: please let your customers tip in small increments when paying via card. Your current POS tablet only lets customer tip whole dollar amounts

I stop by Dilletante almost every time I go through SeaTac, any time I have time to do so. The extra grande, extra dark with an extra pump of chocolate plus whipped cream keeps me happy at SeaTac. They make the best hot chocolate I have ever had except for what I make at home or what I had in Vienna. It is rich, very chocolatey, with great flavor. They know how to make great chocolate. The price is ok for an airport food place as well, about the same you would pay in town. Also, the baristas are always super friendly. I have been there dozens and dozens of times and never had a bad experience. I should have written this review a long time ago. They have great food there too, had their breakfast sandwich (cheaper than what else you can get at SeaTac and pretty good), and their desserts are great as well. The only thing I wish is that they still had the second stand in the North Terminal. I would go there when connections made it so that it was hard to make it to the central court. The other coffee shop that is now in the North concourse after the remodel just doesn't compare with its watery hot chocolate. Dilettante is so much better. Worth the walk to the central food court.
