From the Hudson News family of stores, it's very convenient to have it so close to gates N1 and N2. I also appreciate that self-checkout kiosks are now available, to quickly pay for a snack instead of waiting behind 4 people in a line. ;)

Purchased a few items from this outfit at Seatac. Woefully overpriced but what does one expect from an airport retailer. One item I purchased was the Traveler’s Best Hot & spicy Peanuts” which was completely inedible, not because they were too hot or spicy but rather because they were saltier than table salt.

I emailed the merchant Hudson and they never responded. I performed a charge back on my credit card issuing bank but regretfully the amount was too low for the charge back to reach this slimy merchant and my bank simply covered the $7.

Needless to say, avoid this merchant.

A full shady store. Just be careful of this store. They operate in the name of Hudson Bay and that’s why I bought some food for quick grab. I bought two sandwiches they taste horrible. We went to the store and said we want to return the unopened sandwich and buy something else which can be eatable. This is a $12.99 sandwich which is not cheap. The lady on the counter gave us lot of lecture about how this food needs to be refrigerated and can’t be returned if it’s 1 hour old. LOL. Without any reasonable explanation. We asked where is your return policy. They showed us the Hudson link for return where they don’t sell food stuff under Hudson name. Pathetic people and horrible service. We really throw the food in the trash and bought from Costa Coffee next door. Was a mistake walking into this store.

Terrible. No return policy. Bought $220 AirPods that I opened only to find they’re not pros (were the old 2018 version). Tried to return 8 hrs later and they would not accept. I’m stuck with them.

No one was at the register after waiting in line I was directed to use self check out. Items wouldn scan (a bottle of water). Self checkout then wanted an employee login. 2 employees walked past me twice without stopping to help. Worst Hudson ive been to.

Terrible service. I just bought a bottle of water and the rude Indian (or South Asian) staff asked me for a tip, what did you do for me?
